【摘要】：本文選取國網(wǎng)山東省電力公司日照供電公司作為研究對(duì)象,主要研究企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任問題,在國家電力網(wǎng)公司系統(tǒng)和國有企業(yè)的社會(huì)責(zé)任履行現(xiàn)況等資料調(diào)查顯示的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前社會(huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)及利益相關(guān)方的期望等多方面因素背景,提出日照供電公司要想更好更恰當(dāng)?shù)穆男衅髽I(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任,就必須構(gòu)建企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任管理體系這一觀點(diǎn),并進(jìn)一步闡述了其存在的必要性和重要性。通過咨詢企業(yè)內(nèi)部人員及問卷調(diào)查等多種方式,對(duì)日照公司當(dāng)前企業(yè)履行社會(huì)責(zé)任現(xiàn)狀及存在問題進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真細(xì)致的整理分析,明確了日照供電公司履行社會(huì)責(zé)任的要求、原理、運(yùn)行模式和主要目的,結(jié)合公司實(shí)際情況,確定原則和思想,并從指標(biāo)制、能力建設(shè)制、業(yè)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)制、公司利益有關(guān)方參與機(jī)構(gòu)制、信息披露制等方面加以輔助,進(jìn)一步說明企業(yè)構(gòu)建一個(gè)完善的社會(huì)責(zé)任管理體系是供電公司乃至所有國有企業(yè)勢在必行的一件事。本文最終得出的結(jié)論,可以對(duì)國網(wǎng)山東省電力公司日照供電公司提供參考和指導(dǎo)意見,使其可以在未來社會(huì)中更好的履行社會(huì)責(zé)任,并對(duì)目前國家電網(wǎng)地市供電公司履行社會(huì)責(zé)任系統(tǒng)化及規(guī)范化起到促進(jìn)作用,在社會(huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅猛的今天更好的服務(wù)社會(huì)、服務(wù)人民。
[Abstract]:This paper selects Rizhao Power supply Company of Shandong Power Company as the research object, mainly studies the problem of corporate social responsibility, on the basis of the survey of the current situation of social responsibility performance of the national power grid company system and state-owned enterprises, etc.Based on the social, political, economic and stakeholder expectations, this paper puts forward the view that Rizhao Power supply Company must construct a corporate social responsibility management system in order to perform corporate social responsibility better and more appropriately.The necessity and importance of its existence are further expounded.Through consulting the internal personnel of the enterprise and questionnaire survey, this paper makes a careful analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the corporate social responsibility in Rizhao Company, and clarifies the requirements for the Rizhao Power supply Company to fulfill the social responsibility.Principles, operation models and main purposes, combined with the actual situation of the company, to determine the principles and ideas, and from the indicators system, capacity building system, business evaluation system, corporate stakeholder participation system, information disclosure system and other aspects to assist,It further explains that it is imperative for power supply companies and all state-owned enterprises to construct a perfect social responsibility management system.The conclusion of this paper can provide reference and guidance to Rizhao Power supply Company of Shandong Electric Power Company, so that it can better fulfill its social responsibility in the future society.It also promotes the systematization and standardization of the social responsibility of the power supply companies of the State Grid in order to serve the society and the people better today when the social political and economic development is swift and violent.
