【摘要】：游百川歷同治、光緒兩朝,是朝廷所倚重的重臣。游百川的民生思想在繼承中國傳統(tǒng)民生思想的基礎(chǔ)上又有所創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。中國傳統(tǒng)民生思想、清末政治經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)及游百川貧寒的家世、1855年黃河改道在黃河下游造成的災(zāi)害與賑恤,是游百川民生思想產(chǎn)生的文化社會(huì)背景。為民、保民、養(yǎng)民、恤民是其民生思想的基本內(nèi)涵。其民生思想對(duì)清末及以后中國的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響,于當(dāng)代仍有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:One hundred rivers and the other two dynasties, Guang Xu was the most important minister the court relied on.Youbaichuan's thought of people's livelihood is innovated and developed on the basis of inheriting Chinese traditional thought of people's livelihood.The traditional Chinese thought of people's livelihood, the political, economic and social reality of the late Qing Dynasty and the poor families of the hundred rivers, and the disasters and relief caused by the diversion of the Yellow River in 1855 are the cultural and social background of the thought of the people's livelihood of the hundred rivers.For the people, protect the people, raise the people, compassionate people is its basic connotation of people's livelihood.His thought of people's livelihood has a profound influence on the modernization process of China in the late Qing Dynasty and after, and still has important reference significance in the contemporary era.
