【摘要】：實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興是每一個中國人最偉大的夢想。大學(xué)生是實現(xiàn)“中國夢”的重要人才資源,為實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興貢獻重要力量。大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的狀況如何,會影響到國家國力的興衰以及國家能否在未來的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化的競爭中取得主動。新疆高校大學(xué)生是中國特色社會主義事業(yè)建設(shè)的中堅力量,也是實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國夢的主力軍,理應(yīng)在全面建成小康社會的道路上和建成社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家的道路上作出自己的貢獻和努力。新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)提升是實現(xiàn)新疆跨越式發(fā)展的需要,是實現(xiàn)新疆高校培養(yǎng)合格人才的需要,更是實現(xiàn)新疆各族大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的需要。本文以“新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)”為切入點,探討新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)提升問題。力圖為完善新疆高校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育,為新疆高校培養(yǎng)一流人才,進而實現(xiàn)新疆高校躋身一流大學(xué)提供有益借鑒。積極探討新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)提升的對策,為實現(xiàn)新疆各族大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展,進而適應(yīng)和滿足社會發(fā)展需要帶來積極影響。正文總共分為四部分:第一部分闡述新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)提升的重要性。概括了大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的含義、內(nèi)容及特征,在此基礎(chǔ)上闡明新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)提升的重要性。第二部分通過問卷調(diào)查法和個案訪談法,對新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)狀進行實際調(diào)查,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)方面的良好表現(xiàn)。第三部分分析了新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)方面存在的問題及原因。首先分析新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)方面存在的問題;其次針對存在的突出問題找出原因。第四部分提出了新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)提升的教育對策。主要是從教育的角度出發(fā),探討更新教育觀念、豐富教育內(nèi)容、拓寬教育渠道、優(yōu)化教育環(huán)境等。只有全面了解新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)方面的表現(xiàn),分析其存在問題及成因,才能提出具有針對性的對策,為新疆高校大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)提升,為加強新疆高校人才培養(yǎng)貢獻力量。
[Abstract]:Realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the greatest dream of every Chinese people. College students are an important human resource to realize "Chinese Dream" and contribute an important strength to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It will affect the rise and fall of national strength and whether the country can take the initiative in the future political, economic and cultural competition. College students in Xinjiang are the backbone of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is also the main force in the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Chinese Dream. We should make our own contributions and efforts on the road of building a well-off society in an all-round way and on the road of building a modern socialist country. It is necessary to realize the leap-forward development of Xinjiang by improving the comprehensive quality of college students in Xinjiang. It is necessary to realize the cultivation of qualified talents in Xinjiang colleges and universities, and it is also the need to realize the all-round development of college students of all nationalities in Xinjiang. This paper takes "the comprehensive quality of college students in Xinjiang" as the starting point. This paper probes into the problem of improving the comprehensive quality of college students in Xinjiang, tries hard to perfect the quality education of university students in Xinjiang, and trains first-class talents for Xinjiang colleges and universities. Thus, the realization of Xinjiang colleges and universities among the first-class universities provides a useful reference. Actively explore the measures to improve the comprehensive quality of university students in Xinjiang, in order to achieve the all-round development of college students of all nationalities in Xinjiang. The text is divided into four parts: the first part expounds the importance of promoting the comprehensive quality of college students in Xinjiang, and summarizes the meaning, content and characteristics of the comprehensive quality of college students. On the basis of this, the importance of improving the comprehensive quality of college students in Xinjiang is expounded. The second part is to investigate the present situation of the comprehensive quality of college students in Xinjiang by means of questionnaire survey and case interview. On this basis, the author summarizes the good performance of the comprehensive quality of university students in Xinjiang. The third part analyzes the problems and causes of the comprehensive quality of university students in Xinjiang. Firstly, it analyzes the comprehensive factors of university students in Xinjiang. Qualitative problems; The fourth part puts forward the educational countermeasures to improve the comprehensive quality of college students in Xinjiang. It mainly discusses how to renew the educational concept, enrich the educational content and broaden the educational channels from the perspective of education. Only by comprehensively understanding the performance of the comprehensive quality of college students in Xinjiang, analyzing the existing problems and causes, can we put forward targeted countermeasures to improve the comprehensive quality of college students in Xinjiang.
