【摘要】：正我們知道,中國與非洲大陸的關(guān)系可回溯幾百年的歷史。無論當(dāng)時(shí)還是現(xiàn)在,此類合作的特點(diǎn)是和平互利的交流。近期,此類合作已深化至政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展、文化合作、民間交流、安全及國際合作領(lǐng)域。最近在南非舉辦的中非合作論壇首腦峰會(huì),借由習(xí)近平主席提出的600億美元新合作項(xiàng)目援助,把中非合作提升至全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系。隨著中國與非洲開展"新常態(tài)"關(guān)系,與我國更緊密地合作,盧旺達(dá)與東非地區(qū)一道促進(jìn)中非合作成功。
[Abstract]:As we know, China's relationship with the African continent dates back hundreds of years.Such cooperation was and is characterized by peaceful and mutually beneficial exchanges.Recently, such cooperation has been deepened into the fields of politics, economy, social development, cultural cooperation, folk exchange, security and international cooperation.At the recent summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in South Africa, the China-Africa cooperation was upgraded to a comprehensive strategic partnership with the assistance of a new $60 billion cooperative project proposed by President Xi Jinping.As China develops the "New normal" relationship with Africa and works more closely with China, Rwanda and East Africa work together to promote the success of China-Africa cooperation.
