【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,市場競爭日益激烈,項目的投資逐漸加大,生命周期加長,新技術(shù)的沖擊以及多變的政治、經(jīng)濟格局使得項目面臨各種各樣的風(fēng)險,項目風(fēng)險管理也變得越來越復(fù)雜。項目組合做為組織實現(xiàn)其中長期戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),達到預(yù)期商業(yè)計劃,及平衡單一項目風(fēng)險的主要實施手段,越來越受到跨國公司、大型國有企業(yè)乃至私營企業(yè)的重視。項目組合風(fēng)險管理是項目組合管理中及其重要的部分,也是決定項目組合成敗的關(guān)鍵。如何識別、分析、監(jiān)控組合風(fēng)險,如何制定風(fēng)險應(yīng)對措施,有效地為組合目標(biāo)增加機會,減少威脅,已經(jīng)成為組織中項目組合干系人必須關(guān)注和研究的課題。美國CJ公司做為全球最大的私人公司,之所以能夠在其經(jīng)營的業(yè)務(wù)中處于國際領(lǐng)先地位,主要歸結(jié)于其成功的風(fēng)險管理。經(jīng)過140多年的發(fā)展,CJ已經(jīng)將風(fēng)險管理能力作為其核心競爭力。經(jīng)過這么多年的發(fā)展,公司已經(jīng)建立一套完善的風(fēng)險管理體系。本文通過對項目組合風(fēng)險管理目前國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的分析,利用績效管理理論和組織建設(shè)理論,在充分分析CJ公司在項目組合管理,項目組合風(fēng)險管理的流程、工具的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納總結(jié)了該公司是如何對項目組合風(fēng)險進行分析、評價、監(jiān)控和制定應(yīng)對措施的。同時,也介紹了CJ公司在加強項目組合風(fēng)險管理方面所做的體系和組織方面的布局。本文屬于項目組合風(fēng)險管理基礎(chǔ)性研究,是對CJ公司實際操作模式的深入探討,但是其研究的內(nèi)容具有普遍性,取得的成果具有較強的實用性和可操作性,值得各類組織參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Along with the change of economic structure, the increasingly fierce market competition, the project investment is gradually increasing, the life cycle is lengthened, the impact of new technologies and the changing political, economic pattern makes the project face various risks, project risk management has become more and more complex. The project portfolio as the organization to achieve long-term strategic goals, to achieve the desired business plan the main means of implementation, and the balance of single project risk, more and more multinational companies, large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. The project portfolio risk management is project portfolio management and its important part, is a key to decide the success or failure of the project portfolio. How to identify, analyze, monitor portfolio risk, how to develop effective risk response measures for the combination of increased opportunities to reduce the threat, has become a related project portfolio organization must pay attention to and study the American CJ. The company is the world's largest Private Companies, is a leading position in the business, mainly due to its successful risk management. After 140 years of development, CJ has the ability of risk management as its core competence. After so many years of development, the company has established a sound risk management system this article through to the project portfolio risk management at present, the domestic and foreign research present situation analysis, the use of performance management theory and organization theory, in the full analysis of CJ company in project portfolio management, project portfolio risk management process and tools on the basis of evaluation, summed up the company how to project portfolio risk analysis, monitoring and making measures. At the same time, also introduces the system and organization of CJ company in strengthening project portfolio risk management layout. This paper belongs to the item The basic research of portfolio risk management is a thorough discussion of the actual operation mode of CJ company. However, its research contents are universal, and the results obtained are practical and operable, which is worthy of reference and reference for all kinds of organizations.
