【摘要】：和諧是社會主義民族關(guān)系的本質(zhì)特征,民族關(guān)系的和諧包括漢族與少數(shù)民族之間的和諧、少數(shù)民族與少數(shù)民族之間的和諧和民族內(nèi)部的和諧。和諧民族關(guān)系建設(shè)就是把“和諧”二字加入到民族關(guān)系的本質(zhì)中,運用民族理論、民族政策、民族自治區(qū)域制度來建造民族與民族之間、民族內(nèi)部的和諧局面。 積石山縣是一個多民族自治縣,其民族分布、宗教信仰、民族文化、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣呈現(xiàn)多樣性和復(fù)雜性。在積石山縣民族關(guān)系中提出“和諧”的要素,是對積石山縣各民族的語言文化、宗教信仰、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣、經(jīng)濟(jì)利益多樣性的承認(rèn)和尊重,也是社會主義民族關(guān)系在共同利益和目標(biāo)基礎(chǔ)上平等、團(tuán)結(jié)、互助、和諧等統(tǒng)一性的強(qiáng)調(diào)。 積石山縣的民族關(guān)系已趨于和諧,但在歷史、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、宗教等因素的影響下,也出現(xiàn)了一些不和諧的現(xiàn)象。民族自治地區(qū)其政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化相對于沿海發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)落后,進(jìn)一步解放思想,加快民族地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展,加大對民族地區(qū)文化教育事業(yè)的投資力度,提高民族地區(qū)的人文素質(zhì),引導(dǎo)民族文化在建設(shè)民族關(guān)系和諧中的積極作用,最終實現(xiàn)人、民族、國家之間的和諧新局面。和諧民族關(guān)系建設(shè)是構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會的重要組成部分,在積石山縣建設(shè)和諧的民族關(guān)系,使各族人民對社會主義民族關(guān)系有深刻的認(rèn)識,加強(qiáng)各族人民的凝聚、團(tuán)結(jié)、和諧,使各族人民在黨中央的號召下積極、活躍地投身于全面建成小康社會的奮斗目標(biāo)和社會主義和諧社會建設(shè)中。
[Abstract]:Harmony is the essential characteristic of socialist national relations. The harmony of ethnic relations includes the harmony between Han nationality and ethnic minorities. The construction of harmonious national relations is to add the word "harmony" to the essence of national relations, to apply national theory and national policies, National autonomous region system to build a harmonious situation between ethnic groups and ethnic groups. Jishi Mountain County is a multi-national autonomous county, its ethnic distribution, religious belief, national culture, customs and habits show diversity and complexity. It is the recognition and respect for the diversity of language and culture, religious beliefs, customs and customs, and economic interests of all nationalities in Jishi County. It is also that socialist ethnic relations are equal, United and mutual aid on the basis of common interests and objectives. The emphasis on unity, such as harmony. The ethnic relations in Jishi Mountain County have tended to be harmonious, but under the influence of history, economy, culture, religion and other factors, some disharmonious phenomena have also appeared. The politics, economy and culture of ethnic autonomous areas lag behind those of the developed coastal areas. To further emancipate the mind, speed up the economic and social development of ethnic areas, increase investment in cultural and educational undertakings in ethnic areas, improve the humanistic quality of ethnic areas, and guide the positive role of national culture in building harmonious national relations. The construction of harmonious national relations is an important part of building a harmonious socialist society. To enable the people of all ethnic groups to have a profound understanding of socialist national relations, to strengthen the cohesion, unity and harmony of the people of all ethnic groups, and to make the people of all nationalities active at the call of the Central Committee of the Party. Actively devoted to the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious socialist society.
