【摘要】：《國家安全法》對信息安全體系建設(shè)作出戰(zhàn)略部署,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)研發(fā)、關(guān)鍵信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施保護(hù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)違法犯罪治理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間主權(quán)維護(hù)等多個視角對信息安全制度建設(shè)進(jìn)行了頂層設(shè)計,確立了針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的國家安全審查機(jī)制。網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全法(草案)從保障網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)安全、網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行安全、網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)安全、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全等諸多方面進(jìn)行了具體制度設(shè)計。作為落實國家安全法的部門法,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全法不僅將國家安全法中涉及信息安全的事項予以細(xì)化,更以網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間為載體,統(tǒng)籌政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等國家安全各個領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:The National Security Law makes strategic arrangements for the construction of the information security system, from the research and development of network technology, the protection of key information infrastructure, and the control of network offences and crimes, The top-level design of the information security system has been carried out from several perspectives, such as the maintenance of cyberspace sovereignty. The national security review mechanism for network information technology products and services has been established. The Network Security Law (draft) aims to ensure the security of network products and services, the security of network operation, and the security of network data. As a branch law to implement the national security law, the network security law not only refines the matters concerning information security in the national security law, but also takes the cyberspace as the carrier. Coordinate politics, economy, culture and other areas of national security.
