【摘要】：近年來,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)較快發(fā)展速度,農(nóng)民生活條件隨著農(nóng)村社會(huì)發(fā)展、農(nóng)民收入提高得到了極大的改善。與此同時(shí),新農(nóng)村建設(shè)問題也越來越受到人們的關(guān)注�！班l(xiāng)村農(nóng)民住宅”作為一種普通的居住形式,數(shù)千年來隨著不同時(shí)期的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等社會(huì)條件對(duì)它的影響而不斷的發(fā)展變化。在不同的歷史時(shí)期、不同地理區(qū)域都有各自的特點(diǎn)。但隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展、人口結(jié)構(gòu)改變,生活水平提高,傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)民住宅已不再適應(yīng),迫切需要設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)新的農(nóng)民住宅來滿足農(nóng)民生活、生產(chǎn)需要。本研究以對(duì)幾年來建設(shè)的新農(nóng)村住宅的實(shí)地的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ),深入皖西金寨縣三鎮(zhèn)六村的農(nóng)家,對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村農(nóng)民及其居住的農(nóng)村住宅進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研。觀察農(nóng)村農(nóng)民的實(shí)際生活狀態(tài),用相機(jī)拍攝記錄,并對(duì)居民進(jìn)行訪問調(diào)查;對(duì)農(nóng)村住宅進(jìn)行測繪,并對(duì)建筑平面圖進(jìn)行圖解及數(shù)據(jù)分析;對(duì)建造時(shí)間、建筑面積、建筑材料、能源利用以及空間使用分布情況進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。在調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合農(nóng)村農(nóng)民傳統(tǒng)生活方式、生產(chǎn)方式和居住空間之間的關(guān)系,探尋農(nóng)民家庭住宅的居住空間在設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出改進(jìn)建議。文章從建筑學(xué)角度出發(fā),以住宅設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合農(nóng)民居住生活中產(chǎn)生的問題深入的分析和研究農(nóng)民住宅設(shè)計(jì)。由于農(nóng)民住宅的地域性原因,所以本文的研究具有針對(duì)性,為皖西地區(qū)農(nóng)民住宅建設(shè)中存在的問題,提出相應(yīng)的解決辦法,形成適合皖西農(nóng)民住宅設(shè)計(jì)的理論和方法,為今后農(nóng)民住宅設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rural economy has continued to develop rapidly. With the development of rural society, farmers' income has been greatly improved. People pay more and more attention to the construction of new countryside. As an ordinary living form, "Rural Farmer's House" has been in the political and economic fields for thousands of years. The influence of social conditions such as culture on it is constantly changing. In different historical periods, different geographical regions have their own characteristics. However, with the development of society, the population structure changes and the living standards improve, The traditional peasant residence is no longer suitable, so it is urgent to design and build new peasant house to meet the needs of farmers' life and production. This study is based on the investigation of the present situation of the new rural residence built in recent years. In this paper, the farmers of three towns and six villages in Jinzhai County, West Anhui Province were investigated in the field. The actual living conditions of the rural peasants were observed and recorded by camera, and the residents were interviewed and investigated. Surveying and mapping of rural housing, graphic and data analysis of building plan, statistical analysis of construction time, building area, building materials, energy use and spatial distribution. Combined with the relationship among the traditional life style, production mode and living space of rural farmers, this paper explores the problems existing in the design of the living space of the peasant family residence, and on this basis, puts forward some suggestions for improvement. Guided by the relevant theory of housing design, this paper deeply analyzes and studies the design of farmer's residence combining with the problems arising in the farmer's living life. Because of the regional reason of the farmer's residence, the research of this paper has pertinence, For the problems existing in the construction of farmers' houses in the west of Anhui province, the corresponding solutions are put forward, and the theory and methods suitable for the design of peasant's houses in the west of Anhui are formed, which can provide a reference for the design of peasants' houses in the future.
