【摘要】：習(xí)仲勛是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的優(yōu)秀黨員,偉大的共產(chǎn)主義戰(zhàn)士,杰出的無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命家,陜甘邊革命根據(jù)地的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)建者和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者之一,我黨、我軍卓越的政治工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人。他在陜甘寧邊區(qū)和中共中央西北局擔(dān)任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人期間,創(chuàng)造性地貫徹落實(shí)了中共中央關(guān)于統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的理論和政策,為中國(guó)革命和建設(shè)事業(yè)作出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)�；仡櫫�(xí)仲勛的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)生涯,總結(jié)其統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)思想和實(shí)踐,對(duì)新時(shí)期加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作仍具有指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。筆者將本文劃分為緒論、正文和結(jié)束語(yǔ)三大部分。本文在參考大量歷史文獻(xiàn)和科研成果的基礎(chǔ)上,力圖從理論與實(shí)踐、歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)相結(jié)合上對(duì)習(xí)仲勛統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)思想及實(shí)踐進(jìn)行較為詳盡的闡述。以求揭示習(xí)仲勛統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)思想形成的基礎(chǔ)、統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)思想的基本特點(diǎn),并思考習(xí)仲勛在新民主主義時(shí)期對(duì)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的重要貢獻(xiàn)及當(dāng)代啟示。第一部分為緒論,主要是參閱了習(xí)仲勛的傳記、批閱的文件、親朋好友撰寫(xiě)的紀(jì)念性文章以及當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于習(xí)仲勛相關(guān)思想的研究性成果,進(jìn)一步了解和把握了習(xí)仲勛在新民主主義時(shí)期關(guān)于政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事、文化等統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)領(lǐng)域的所作的主要工作。鑒于現(xiàn)階段就新民主主義時(shí)期習(xí)仲勛統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)思想的研究比較薄弱,筆者試圖從如何選題、選題意義,對(duì)現(xiàn)狀的把握研究,及本文形成的方法和凸顯的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行正確把握研究。第二部分是正文,包括第二、三、四、五章。其中第二章從習(xí)仲勛統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線理論形成的基本條件和基本內(nèi)容進(jìn)行闡釋,試圖分析了習(xí)仲勛統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)理論形成的必然性。第三章主要論述了新民主主義革命時(shí)期習(xí)仲勛統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)思想的基本特點(diǎn),主要從靈活性、務(wù)實(shí)性和民族性三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。透過(guò)基本特點(diǎn)可以更加準(zhǔn)確地認(rèn)識(shí)習(xí)仲勛統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)思想與實(shí)踐對(duì)西北革命建設(shè)所起到的重要作用。第四章主要是截取了新民主主義革命時(shí)期習(xí)仲勛在西北地區(qū)參加的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作,重點(diǎn)分析習(xí)仲勛在軍事、民族宗教、團(tuán)結(jié)黨外民主人士以及教育文藝統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)領(lǐng)域的重要貢獻(xiàn)。本章在本文中是比較重要的章節(jié),通過(guò)對(duì)習(xí)仲勛統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作的實(shí)踐可以更清楚的看出這一時(shí)期習(xí)仲勛在統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作中的重要思想。第五章論述分析了習(xí)仲勛的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)思想與實(shí)踐對(duì)當(dāng)前社會(huì)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的一些啟示,通過(guò)對(duì)其統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)思想的剖析及統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)實(shí)踐的總結(jié),可以看出習(xí)仲勛的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)思想對(duì)當(dāng)前的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作仍舊具有指導(dǎo)性作用。第三部分是結(jié)束語(yǔ),進(jìn)一步闡明統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作的重要作用以及習(xí)仲勛統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)思想的重要內(nèi)涵,明確強(qiáng)調(diào)了在新形勢(shì)下習(xí)仲勛在西北革命建設(shè)時(shí)期的統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線思想仍然具有很高的借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Xi Zhongxun is an outstanding member of the Communist Party of China, a great communist fighter, an outstanding proletarian revolutionary, and one of the main founders and leaders of the Shaanxi-Ganbian revolutionary base area. During his leadership in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region and the Northwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, he creatively implemented the theory and policy of the CPC Central Committee on the United front. It has made great contributions to the cause of Chinese revolution and construction. Reviewing Xi Zhongxun's United front career and summarizing his United front thought and practice are still of guiding and referential significance for strengthening the United front work in the new period. On the basis of reference to a large number of historical documents and scientific research achievements, this paper tries to study from the theory and practice. On the combination of history and reality, Xi Zhongxun's United front thought and practice are expounded in detail in order to reveal the foundation of the formation of the thought of the United front and the basic characteristics of the thought of United front work. And thinking about Xi Zhongxun's important contribution to the United front work in the new democratic period and its contemporary enlightenment. The first part is an introduction, which mainly refers to the biography and documents reviewed by Xi Zhongxun. The commemorative articles written by relatives and friends, as well as the research achievements of the current academic circles on Xi Zhongxun's related ideas, have further understood and grasped Xi Zhongxun's views on politics, economy, and military affairs in the new democratic period. The main work done in the field of United front work such as culture. In view of the relatively weak research on Xi Zhongxun's United front thought during the new democratic period at this stage, the author tries to study from how to choose the topic, the significance of the topic, and how to grasp the present situation. The second part is the text, including the second, third, fourth and fifth chapters. The second chapter explains the basic conditions and contents of Xi Zhongxun's United front theory. This paper attempts to analyze the inevitability of the formation of Xi Zhongxun's United front theory. The third chapter mainly discusses the basic characteristics of Xi Zhongxun's United front thought in the period of the New Democratic Revolution, mainly from the point of view of flexibility. Through the basic characteristics, we can more accurately understand the important role played by Xi Zhongxun's United front thought and practice in the construction of revolution in Northwest China. Chapter 4th is mainly about intercepting the new democratic master. Xi Zhongxun's United Front work in the Northwest region during the period of the Yi Revolution, Focusing on Xi Zhongxun's important contributions in the field of military affairs, ethnic religion, uniting non-Party Democrats and educating literary and artistic United front, this chapter is a relatively important chapter in this paper. Through the practice of Xi Zhongxun's United front work, we can see more clearly the important thought of Xi Zhongxun in the United front work in this period. Chapter 5th discusses and analyzes the United front thought and practice of Xi Zhongxun to the current social United front work. Some of the lessons of work, Through the analysis of his United front thought and the summary of his United front practice, we can see that Xi Zhongxun's United front thought still has a guiding effect on the current United front work. It further clarifies the important role of United front work and the important connotation of Xi Zhongxun's United front thought, and clearly emphasizes that the United front thought of Xi Zhongxun in the period of northwest revolutionary construction still has high reference value under the new situation.
