【摘要】：近年來(lái),社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)(SNS)正隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步而迅猛發(fā)展,無(wú)論是推特、臉譜等國(guó)外社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)站點(diǎn),還是本土社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)品牌新浪微博都越來(lái)越多地進(jìn)入了普通人的網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活與現(xiàn)實(shí)生活。在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、商業(yè)等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,研究社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的信息傳播方式、分析社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)如何與現(xiàn)實(shí)世界相互影響都具有重大意義,國(guó)外學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)、政府部門、商業(yè)公司早在09年即開(kāi)始了相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)理論研究,開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)了用于該目的的定制化系統(tǒng)。本文重點(diǎn)描述了如何設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)一套基于新浪微博的社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)分析與可視化系統(tǒng),目的在于嘗試為中小型組織機(jī)構(gòu)定制符合其自身業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)的定制化數(shù)據(jù)分析工具。利用當(dāng)前熱門的大數(shù)據(jù)概念及與其匹配的系列實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù),能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、存儲(chǔ)、分析;利用圖論、自然語(yǔ)言處理等領(lǐng)域的算法能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)潛在價(jià)值的進(jìn)一步挖掘;利用html5等各類先進(jìn)的前端展示技術(shù)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)將分析統(tǒng)計(jì)的結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)易理解的直觀方式呈現(xiàn)。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際部署應(yīng)用和相關(guān)測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了預(yù)期的功能性能需求,具備較高的可用性以開(kāi)展數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)工作。同時(shí),系統(tǒng)對(duì)于業(yè)務(wù)功能的變更具備可維護(hù)性,可以根據(jù)需求進(jìn)行及時(shí)調(diào)整。此外系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本低,為中小型組織機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)展數(shù)據(jù)分析工作提供了良好支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, social networking service SNS has been developing rapidly with the development of Internet technology, whether it is Twitter, Facebook and other foreign social networking sites. Sina Weibo, a local social network brand, has increasingly entered the online and real life of ordinary people. In politics, economy, business and other fields, it has studied the way social network information is disseminated. It is of great significance to analyze how social networks interact with the real world. Foreign academic institutions, government departments, and commercial companies began their technical and theoretical research in related fields as early as 2009. This paper mainly describes how to design and implement a set of social network data analysis and visualization system based on Sina Weibo. The purpose is to try to customize customized data analysis tools for small and medium-sized organizations according to their own business characteristics. Using the current popular concept of big data and its matching series of implementation technologies, the collection of social network data can be realized. Storage, analysis, use of graph theory, natural language processing and other areas of the algorithm can achieve further data mining potential value; Using various advanced front-end display technology such as html5, the result data of the analysis and statistics can be presented in an easy-to-understand and intuitive way. Through the actual deployment of the system and related tests, it is verified that the system has achieved the expected functional performance requirements. High availability for data analysis. At the same time, the system can be maintainable for changes in business functions, can be timely adjusted according to requirements. In addition, the operating costs of the system are low, For small and medium-sized organizations to carry out data analysis work to provide good support.
