【摘要】：隨著中國的入世及海峽兩岸“三通”的基本實現(xiàn),海峽兩岸的產(chǎn)業(yè)貿(mào)易逐漸加強,內(nèi)陸政策的開放吸引越來越多的臺商投資內(nèi)陸的農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟。福建寧德、漳州、泉州等地的招商引資和展銷活動加強了兩地農(nóng)業(yè)合作和交流的機會。福建與臺灣農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)貿(mào)易的競爭性和互補性的研究與分析,對臺灣與內(nèi)陸之間政治經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有著重大影響。 從實質(zhì)上來說,海峽兩岸農(nóng)業(yè)貿(mào)易在行政與地域上來說屬于一個國家內(nèi)部貿(mào)易范疇。但由于考慮到現(xiàn)目前兩岸的歷史問題上的特殊關(guān)系,其在運作方式上,仍然基本按照國際的經(jīng)濟慣例進行。因此,通過以閩、臺兩地農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易往來作為研究對象,不僅有助于加強兩岸合作的更深層次化,實現(xiàn)了兩岸在經(jīng)濟、貿(mào)易、金融、旅游、商業(yè)等方面的交流與合作,建立了共贏合作的良好局面,對于促進地區(qū)間的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、社會等方面有著實質(zhì)性的意義。 本文以閩臺兩地農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式與產(chǎn)品競爭結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析,確定兩岸的經(jīng)濟及貿(mào)易依存度,分析兩岸競爭優(yōu)勢和互補空間,并從競爭性和互補性視角深入研究閩臺農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易之間的關(guān)系。通過分析,本文認為閩臺應(yīng)借助優(yōu)勢互補的特點,加強農(nóng)業(yè)合作和交流,共同提升閩臺農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的競爭力,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)提升,共同推動兩岸農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,同時為有關(guān)部門制定政策提出相應(yīng)的意見和建議,推動海峽兩岸農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易雙贏提供分析基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into the WTO and the basic realization of the "three links" between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, the industrial trade between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait has been gradually strengthened, and the opening up of the inland policy has attracted more and more Taiwanese businessmen to invest in the inland agricultural economy. Investment and exhibition activities in Quanzhou and other places have strengthened opportunities for agricultural cooperation and exchanges between the two places. Research and Analysis on the Competition and complementarity of Agricultural Industry Trade between Fujian and Taiwan, It has a great influence on the development of politics and economy between Taiwan and inland. In essence, the agricultural trade between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait falls within the scope of intra-state trade administratively and geographically. However, considering the special relationship between the two sides of the strait in the present historical issues, it operates in a way. It is still basically in accordance with international economic practices. Therefore, by taking the trade exchanges of agricultural products between Fujian and Taiwan as research objects, it is not only helpful to strengthen the deeper level of cross-strait cooperation, but also to realize cross-strait economic, trade, financial, and tourism. The exchanges and cooperation in commerce and other fields have established a good situation of win-win cooperation, which has substantial significance for promoting regional politics, economy, culture, society and so on. In this paper, the agricultural development model and product competition structure of Fujian and Taiwan are analyzed to determine the economic and trade dependence of the two sides of the strait, and to analyze the competitive advantages and complementary space between the two sides of the strait. Through the analysis of the relationship between Fujian and Taiwan agricultural products trade, this paper holds that Fujian and Taiwan should strengthen agricultural cooperation and exchange with the help of the characteristics of complementary advantages, so as to jointly enhance the competitiveness of Fujian and Taiwan agricultural products. To promote the agricultural industry and promote the sustainable development of the agricultural products trade between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, and at the same time to put forward the corresponding suggestions and suggestions for the relevant departments to formulate policies, and to provide an analytical basis for the win-win situation of cross-strait agricultural product trade.
