【摘要】：《申報(bào)》從1872年創(chuàng)刊到1881年左宗棠離開(kāi)新疆的所有西征新疆報(bào)道中,與左宗棠相關(guān)的邊疆危機(jī)、收復(fù)新疆、開(kāi)發(fā)西北、新疆建省等一系列重大事件均有所涉及,可以說(shuō)是西征報(bào)道時(shí)間最長(zhǎng)、最全面的媒體。運(yùn)用內(nèi)容分析《申報(bào)》左宗棠西征新疆的報(bào)道,對(duì)其中的“借貸西征”、兩次“塞防”與“海防”之爭(zhēng)、收復(fù)伊犁、新疆善后事宜等重要事件的新聞報(bào)道進(jìn)行研究,嘗試分析《申報(bào)》新疆議題的報(bào)道特征、新聞選擇、不同時(shí)期的態(tài)度等,揭示當(dāng)時(shí)的新聞媒介與整個(gè)社會(huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化等方面的關(guān)系。從中發(fā)現(xiàn),《申報(bào)》是一個(gè)義利兼顧、勇于擔(dān)當(dāng)社會(huì)責(zé)任、敢于直言論政的媒體。其淡化民族意識(shí)、立足當(dāng)前放眼未來(lái)的報(bào)道理念,至今仍有可鑒之處。建議當(dāng)代的媒體在涉及新疆的報(bào)道時(shí)要淡化民族意識(shí)和民族身份認(rèn)同,重視建構(gòu)公民意識(shí)和國(guó)家觀念。
[Abstract]:From its inception on 1872 to Zuo Zongtang's departure from Xinjiang on 1881, all the reports of Xinjiang's westward expedition involved a series of major events, such as the border crisis related to Zuo Zongtang, the recovery of Xinjiang, the development of northwest China, the establishment of a province in Xinjiang, and so on. It can be said that it is the longest and most comprehensive media to report on the westward expedition. By analyzing the content of Zuo Zongtang's report on the westward expedition to Xinjiang, we can recover Yili from the "borrowing and borrowing west expedition", the two debates between "stopper defense" and "coastal defense". To study the news reports on important events such as the rehabilitation of the aftermath of Xinjiang, and to try to analyze the reporting characteristics, news choices, attitudes of different periods of time, and so on. It reveals the relationship between the news media at that time and the whole society, politics, economy, culture, etc. It is found that the "declaration" is a medium that takes account of justice and interests, has the courage to take on social responsibility, and dares to speak directly about politics, and its desalination of national consciousness. It is suggested that contemporary media should desalinate national consciousness and national identity and attach importance to the construction of citizen consciousness and national concept when reporting in Xinjiang.
