【摘要】：民族團結(jié)是社會主義民族關(guān)系的基本特征和核心內(nèi)容之一,關(guān)系到國家的長治久安,也是各個國家所追求的目標。各民族之間的團結(jié)與和諧歷來是解決我國民族問題的根本原則,是社會主義民族關(guān)系的主要特征和核心內(nèi)容之一。我國民族關(guān)系大局是好的,民族團結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)是穩(wěn)固的,但是,隨著新時期的到來,民族團結(jié)工作也面臨著新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。積石山保安族東鄉(xiāng)族撒拉族自治縣是甘肅省唯一的多民族自治縣,也是中國境內(nèi)保安族世代生存的家園。1981年建縣以來,在黨的民族政策的光輝照耀下,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,民族團結(jié),社會進步,呈現(xiàn)出生機勃勃。本文通過對積石山縣保安族、東鄉(xiāng)族、撒拉族的實地調(diào)研,主要從歷史、宗教、文化、經(jīng)濟等方面入手分析現(xiàn)狀,了解到影響該縣民族關(guān)系的主要因素為自然環(huán)境的制約與經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展相對滯后,以及各個民族的民情與風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣都離不開政治、經(jīng)濟、文化和社會生活,因此,這些要素之間具有內(nèi)在的聯(lián)系。可以說,各民族風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣的內(nèi)容和特點會影響民族間的關(guān)系,各民族之間的團結(jié)交流與發(fā)展也影響風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣的變化。所以,在多民族聯(lián)合自治縣的民族團結(jié)工作就更加要注意始終堅持民族平等,加強民族認同感。本文結(jié)合了歷次中央民族工作會議,搜集和查閱了大量關(guān)于積石山縣的圖書資料,著重從風(fēng)俗文化、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展以及如何保障少數(shù)民族權(quán)益等方面,對進一步構(gòu)建和諧民族關(guān)系的工作提供了必要的思路和方法,該縣應(yīng)當(dāng)多角度開展民族文化活動,以增進民族之間相互了解;大力發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè),搞活經(jīng)濟;繼續(xù)推進精準扶貧,加快農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)展;充分發(fā)揮社會各界權(quán)威人士的正能量;加強少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生民族團結(jié)工作志愿者隊伍建設(shè),以及依法保障少數(shù)民族的基本權(quán)利。
[Abstract]:National unity is one of the basic characteristics and core contents of socialist national relations, which is related to the long-term stability and stability of the country. Unity and harmony among all ethnic groups have always been the fundamental principles for solving national problems in China and one of the main characteristics and core contents of socialist ethnic relations. The overall situation of ethnic relations in China is good. The foundation of national unity is firm, but with the arrival of a new era, the work of national unity is also facing new opportunities and challenges. Since the founding of the county in 1981, economic development, national unity and social progress have shown vitality under the brilliance of the Party's national policy. The field investigation of the Salar ethnic group, mainly from the historical, religious, cultural, economic and other aspects of the analysis of the current situation, understand that the main factors affecting the county's ethnic relations are the constraints of the natural environment and the relative lag in economic and social development. And the people's feelings and customs of all ethnic groups are inseparable from political, economic, cultural and social life. Therefore, there is an inherent link between these elements. It can be said that the content and characteristics of the customs and habits of each ethnic group will affect the relations among nationalities. Unity, exchange and development among all ethnic groups also affect changes in customs and habits. Therefore, in the work of ethnic unity in the United multi-ethnic autonomous counties, it is even more necessary to pay more attention to always adhering to national equality. Strengthening national identity. This paper combines the past central national work conferences to collect and consult a large number of books and materials on Jishi County, focusing on customs and culture, economic development, and how to protect the rights and interests of ethnic minorities. It provides necessary ideas and methods for the further construction of harmonious national relations, and the county should carry out cultural activities from many angles in order to promote mutual understanding among nationalities, vigorously develop the tertiary industry and invigorate the economy. We will continue to promote precision poverty alleviation, speed up agricultural and rural development, give full play to the positive energy of authoritative people from all walks of life in society, strengthen the building of volunteer teams for ethnic unity among ethnic minority students, and safeguard the basic rights of ethnic minorities in accordance with the law.
