大船集團曲面自動成形設備改造方案選擇研究

【摘要】:2008年全球性金融危機對國際航運市場造成深遠影響,作為同一產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上的造船企業(yè)也遭受重創(chuàng),出現(xiàn)了交船難、需求變更、撤銷訂單等種種狀況,外需明顯減弱。外需減弱,國內(nèi)投資需求放緩,而此時的世界造船能力已經(jīng)急劇膨脹,在巨大的生存壓力下,船廠之間針對非常有限的訂單展開了異常激烈的價格競爭,各主要船型的市場價格甚至低于成本價。船舶市場的惡意競爭、船東日益嚴格的檢驗、以及市場需求結(jié)構(gòu)的變化都給大連船舶重工集團有限公司(以下簡稱大船集團)帶來較大影響。2012年,大船集團的生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏明顯放緩,主要經(jīng)濟指標在2013年首次出現(xiàn)負增長。創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動是造船業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本出路,船東需求則是造船企業(yè)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展的風向標。大船集團因此提出“大力加強技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,改變?nèi)肆γ芗徒ㄔ旆绞?不斷提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量水平;縮短船舶建造周期,提高企業(yè)快速響應市場變化的能力,不斷降低產(chǎn)品成本”。2013年,在國家863項目支持下,大船集團聯(lián)合大連理工大學、江蘇科技大學和機科發(fā)展科技股份有限公司(以下簡稱機科發(fā)展有限公司)以及北京中電華強焊接工程技術(shù)有限公司(以下簡稱中電華強),以大型艦船機艙、艏、艉和過渡段的曲面分段建造為對象,以提升大型船舶曲面分段的制造能力、質(zhì)量、效率為目標,開展曲面自動成形設備改造方案的選擇研究,并應用于曲面自動成形裝備制造,為提升我國大型艦船曲面分段制造工藝與裝備的自動化水平,增強我國造船行業(yè)的核心競爭力,實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代造船、綠色造船提供技術(shù)與裝備支撐。本文針對大船集團的曲面自動成形設備改造方案,從需求趨勢、波特五力模型的角度分析市場吸引力,利用PEST模型從政治、經(jīng)濟、技術(shù)、社會文化等方面分析產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境,從技術(shù)優(yōu)勢、人力優(yōu)勢、資金優(yōu)勢方面進行企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,進而預判該項目對于企業(yè)來說是否是一次正確的投資機會。最后,借鑒價值工程理論,本文對大船集團投資的2種改造方案,即:水火彎自動化加工設備(熱彎技術(shù))、船板多點成形設備(冷彎技術(shù))與傳統(tǒng)的手工焊接工藝進行比較,基于企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標、科技項目評價指標和市場的需求趨勢確定功能評價要素,采用專家評價法確定各個功能重要度系數(shù)及各個方案的評分值,最終基于價值系數(shù)確定投資方案。
[Abstract]:In 2008, the global financial crisis had a profound impact on the international shipping market. Shipbuilding enterprises in the same industrial chain also suffered heavy losses, resulting in difficulties in shipping delivery, changes in demand, cancellation of orders, and so on, resulting in a marked weakening of external demand. Demand for domestic investment has slowed, and at a time when the world's shipbuilding capacity has ballooned, under enormous pressure of survival, there is an unusually fierce price competition between shipyards for very limited orders. The market prices of the major ship types are even lower than the cost price. The changes in the structure of market demand have greatly affected the Dalian Shipbuilding heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. In 2012, the pace of production of the Dalian Shipbuilding Group slowed down markedly. In 2013, the main economic indicators showed negative growth for the first time. Innovation driving is the fundamental way out for the shipbuilding industry's sustainable development, and shipowners' demand is the wind vane for shipbuilding enterprises' innovation-driven development. Changing labour-intensive construction methods, continuously improving product quality, shortening ship construction cycles, improving enterprises' ability to respond quickly to market changes, and continuously reducing product costs. "in 2013, with the support of the National 863 Project, Dacheng Group United with Dalian University of Technology, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology and Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as engine Development Co., Ltd) and Beijing China Light and Power Huaqiang Welding Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. In order to improve the manufacturing capability, quality and efficiency of the curved surface segment of the large ship, the research on the selection of the modification scheme of the curved surface automatic forming equipment is carried out and applied to the manufacture of the automatic forming equipment of the curved surface. In order to improve the automation level of manufacturing technology and equipment of large ship curved surface in China, enhance the core competitiveness of shipbuilding industry in China, realize modern shipbuilding, Green shipbuilding provides technical and equipment support. This paper analyzes the market attractiveness from the point of view of demand trend, Porter's five-force model, and makes use of PEST model to analyze the political, economic and technical aspects of the transformation scheme of curved surface automatic forming equipment of the large Shipbuilding Group. Social and cultural aspects such as the analysis of the industrial development environment, from the technical advantage, manpower advantage, capital advantage analysis of the internal environment of the enterprise, and then predict whether the project is a correct investment opportunities for the enterprise. Finally, With reference to the theory of value engineering, this paper compares the two retrofit schemes invested by large ship Group, that is, automatic processing equipment (hot bending technology), multi-point forming equipment (cold bending technology) and traditional manual welding technology. Based on the strategic objectives of the enterprise, the evaluation index of scientific and technological projects and the demand trend of the market to determine the functional evaluation elements, the expert evaluation method is used to determine the coefficient of each function importance and the scoring value of each project. Finally, the investment scheme is determined based on the value coefficient.
