【摘要】：一個(gè)國家的農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)，必將對該國的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要的戰(zhàn)略意義，因?yàn)樗婕暗揭粋�(gè)國家的繁榮富強(qiáng)和長期穩(wěn)定，而且會(huì)對一個(gè)國家的政治穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步產(chǎn)生顯著的影響。最近這幾年，伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的逐漸深化、生產(chǎn)力程度的不斷提高和交通通信水平的日益改進(jìn)，農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的要求也愈來愈急迫。湖北省的農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化率在2011年超過50%，城鎮(zhèn)人口第一次高出農(nóng)村人口，這就對湖北省的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展具有重要的意義。湖北省是中國的重要省份，當(dāng)前，湖北省正在大力建設(shè)農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化，對城鎮(zhèn)的建設(shè)程度日益重視，跟改革開放以前相比，湖北省城鎮(zhèn)化的規(guī)模、檔次有了顯著提升，但跟國內(nèi)部分發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)相比仍然相差甚遠(yuǎn)。本文剖析了湖北省農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化的近況、湖北省在農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)過程中所獲得的成效與出現(xiàn)的狀況，并針對這些狀況給予了相應(yīng)的建議。全文可分為六個(gè)部分: 第一部分，概括了本論文的研究背景和意義、中外農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化研究的近況，并提出了本論文的研究要領(lǐng)和改進(jìn)點(diǎn)。 第二部分，針對與農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化有關(guān)的一些理論依據(jù)進(jìn)行探究，首先對城鎮(zhèn)化的概念作出定義，然后對小城鎮(zhèn)的作用展開詳細(xì)的描述，并且在下一步主要討論了促進(jìn)小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的四套理論，，結(jié)尾在理論和實(shí)際兩個(gè)方面說明建設(shè)農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化的意義。 第三部分，剖析了湖北省在農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)過程中的近況，并得出其在發(fā)展過程中存在的一些問題。 第四部分，介紹中外典型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展模式并得出啟示。 第五部分，基于農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化的一些理論知識(shí)，以及湖北省各地區(qū)的不同發(fā)展實(shí)情、資源稟賦、交通區(qū)位等特征，提出了四種適合湖北省實(shí)際情況的發(fā)展模式，并且在每個(gè)模式中分別提出了建議。 第六部分，結(jié)束語，這章是對全文進(jìn)行回顧并且總結(jié)。 本論文著重在湖北省農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行探究，從湖北省實(shí)際省情出發(fā)，著重小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)綜合效益，通過富有成效地引導(dǎo)，促使湖北省農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化的建設(shè)可以成為國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The construction of rural urbanization in a country is bound to have important strategic significance for the political, economic and social development of the country, because it involves the prosperity and long-term stability of a country, and it will also bring about political stability to a country. Economic development and social progress have had a significant impact. In recent years, with the gradual deepening of economic restructuring, the continuous improvement of productivity and the improvement of the level of transportation and communications, In 2011, the rate of rural urbanization in Hubei Province exceeded 50. For the first time, the urban population was higher than the rural population. This is of great significance to the development of urbanization in Hubei Province. Hubei Province is an important province in China. At present, Hubei Province is making great efforts to construct rural urbanization, paying more and more attention to the construction of cities and towns, compared with before the reform and opening up. The scale and level of urbanization in Hubei Province has improved significantly, but it is still far from that of some developed regions in China. This paper analyzes the recent situation of urbanization in rural areas in Hubei Province. Hubei Province in the process of urbanization in the process of achievements and emergence of the situation, and give corresponding recommendations for these conditions. The full text can be divided into six parts:. The first part summarizes the research background and significance of this paper, the recent situation of rural urbanization research at home and abroad, and puts forward the research essentials and improvement points of this paper. In the second part, some theoretical bases related to rural urbanization are explored. Firstly, the concept of urbanization is defined, and then the role of small towns is described in detail. In the next step, it mainly discusses the four sets of theories to promote the development of small towns. At the end, it explains the significance of the construction of rural urbanization in both theory and practice. The third part analyzes the recent situation in the process of rural urbanization construction in Hubei Province, and draws some problems in the process of development. Part 4th, introduce the typical urbanization development model and draw inspiration. In the 5th part, based on some theoretical knowledge of rural urbanization, as well as the different development facts, resource endowment, traffic location and other characteristics of various regions in Hubei Province, four development models suitable for the actual situation of Hubei Province are put forward. And put forward the suggestion separately in each mode. Part 6th, concluding remarks, this chapter is a review and summary of the full text. This paper focuses on the development model of rural urbanization in Hubei Province, starting from the actual situation of Hubei Province, focusing on the economic and social comprehensive benefits of the development of small towns, through the effective guidance, To promote the construction of rural urbanization in Hubei Province can become the growth point of the domestic economy.
