【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代初,蘇東劇變的發(fā)生使社會(huì)主義國(guó)家遭受了前所未有的打擊,陷入了極度低潮期。隨著社會(huì)主義陣營(yíng)的瓦解,世界上多數(shù)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家的共產(chǎn)黨喪失了執(zhí)政地位,世界共產(chǎn)黨人總數(shù)銳減。“共產(chǎn)主義、社會(huì)主義失敗論”一度盛行�？v觀蘇東劇變后的25年,現(xiàn)有的社會(huì)主義國(guó)家頂住了國(guó)內(nèi)外環(huán)境的壓力,穩(wěn)定了國(guó)內(nèi)局勢(shì),進(jìn)而保住了社會(huì)主義陣地。以色列是一個(gè)國(guó)土面積僅有2.5萬(wàn)平方公里的小國(guó),但其在中東地區(qū)的地位不容小覷,作為中東最為獨(dú)特的一個(gè)國(guó)家,它的政黨制度的發(fā)展對(duì)中東地區(qū)政黨格局的演變乃至世界政黨格局的演變都有著極為重要的影響。近些年來(lái),以色列共產(chǎn)黨作為海灣地區(qū)最為重要的左翼力量之一,也逐漸受到世人關(guān)注,尤其是以色列共產(chǎn)黨在圍繞“平等、民主、和平與社會(huì)主義”這一主題召開(kāi)黨的第二十六屆代表大會(huì)之后,指明了以色列和平、民主和社會(huì)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展方向。本文以以色列共產(chǎn)黨的理論主張為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)查閱外文資料和外文網(wǎng)站對(duì)蘇東劇變后以色列共產(chǎn)黨的社會(huì)主義理論方面的探索進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的探究。文章結(jié)構(gòu)分為五個(gè)部分,第一章以以色列共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展歷程為主脈絡(luò),第二章和第三章在分析其特定時(shí)代背景的同時(shí),著重梳理了以色列共產(chǎn)黨在歷次黨代會(huì)和黨綱中提出的有關(guān)對(duì)資本主義和社會(huì)主義的發(fā)展理論。此外,考慮到以色列作為中東地區(qū)的一個(gè)軍事強(qiáng)國(guó),本文在第四章著重分析了中東問(wèn)題的由來(lái)、實(shí)質(zhì)以及以色列共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)此做出的相應(yīng)對(duì)策等。最后,在分析以色列國(guó)家和黨情的基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)全文以及以色列共產(chǎn)黨的發(fā)展做出簡(jiǎn)要總結(jié)。通過(guò)以上梳理使得我們更全面、更深刻地了解了以色列的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和文化,也使得我們深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到以色列是中東地區(qū)軍事實(shí)力最為強(qiáng)大的國(guó)家。中東地區(qū)的和平與穩(wěn)定關(guān)乎著整個(gè)世界的和平與發(fā)展,中國(guó)作為一個(gè)負(fù)責(zé)任的發(fā)展中大國(guó),以捍衛(wèi)世界的和平與發(fā)展為己任。因此,我們更應(yīng)當(dāng)注重妥善發(fā)展與以色列的雙邊關(guān)系,在促進(jìn)兩黨之間友好交流與合作的基礎(chǔ)上,共同推進(jìn)世界的和平與穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In early 1990s, the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe caused an unprecedented blow to the socialist countries and plunged into a period of extreme depression. With the collapse of the socialist camp, the Communist Party of most socialist countries in the world lost its ruling position. The total number of communists in the world has plummeted. "Communism, the theory of socialist failure" once prevailed. Throughout the 25 years since the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe, the existing socialist countries have withstood the pressure of the domestic and foreign environment and stabilized the domestic situation. Israel is a small country with an area of only 25,000 square kilometers, but its position in the Middle East cannot be underestimated. Israel is the most unique country in the Middle East. The development of its political party system has an extremely important influence on the evolution of the political party pattern in the Middle East and even in the world. In recent years, the Israeli Communist Party has become one of the most important left-wing forces in the Gulf region. In particular, after the Communist Party of Israel held the 26th Congress of the Party around the theme of "Equality, Democracy, Peace and Socialism," it pointed out peace in Israel. The direction of the development of the democratic and socialist movement. This paper takes the theoretical propositions of the Communist Party of Israel as the research object. By referring to foreign language materials and foreign language websites, this paper systematically explores the socialist theory of the Communist Party of Israel after the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe. The structure of the article is divided into five parts. The first chapter focuses on the course of the development of the Communist Party of Israel. The second and third chapters, while analyzing the background of its specific era, focus on combing the theories of the development of capitalism and socialism put forward by the Communist Party of Israel in previous Party congresses and party platforms. Considering that Israel is a military power in the Middle East, this paper focuses on analyzing the origin, essence of the Middle East problem and the corresponding countermeasures of the Israeli Communist Party in the 4th chapter. Finally, On the basis of analyzing the state and party feelings of Israel, a brief summary is made of the full text and the development of the Israeli Communist Party. Through the above comb, we have a more comprehensive and deeper understanding of Israel's politics, economy, society and culture. It also makes us realize that Israel is the most powerful military power in the Middle East. Peace and stability in the Middle East are vital to the peace and development of the whole world. China is a responsible developing country. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the proper development of bilateral relations with Israel and jointly promote world peace and stability on the basis of promoting friendly exchanges and cooperation between the two parties.
