無錫市A街道創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)中心業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:本文主要從我國創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)行業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及一系列對創(chuàng)業(yè)活動有重要影響的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策、行業(yè)法規(guī)等因素出發(fā),,深入研究無錫市A街道創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)中心面臨的外部機(jī)遇和威脅,內(nèi)部發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,進(jìn)而提出無錫市A街道創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)中心業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 首先,本文對創(chuàng)業(yè)理論和創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了回顧,從我國創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)的實(shí)踐出發(fā),闡述了創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)業(yè)務(wù)開展和實(shí)施的各種要素,介紹了我國創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)普遍采用的實(shí)踐活動,使讀者對我國的創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)活動有了一個初步的了解。 其次,本文分析了無錫市A街道創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)中心創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境。其中,外部環(huán)境的分析從宏觀的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會和技術(shù)四個方面進(jìn)行分析,并從五力模型的角度,分析了無錫A街道創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)中心的競爭者和行業(yè)競爭等多方面的因素。內(nèi)部環(huán)境的分析則側(cè)重于分析組織的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、財(cái)務(wù)和營銷等要素,從中總結(jié)出中心的競爭優(yōu)勢和劣勢。 最后,在無錫市A街道創(chuàng)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)中心的內(nèi)外部分析的基礎(chǔ)上,制定其業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。運(yùn)用SWOT分析,可以確定中心的可選業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,其次,通過專家意見組的方法,通過兩輪的甄選,使專家的意見趨于一致,進(jìn)而形成中心的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略包括:提供差異化和人性化的產(chǎn)品與服務(wù),強(qiáng)化特色創(chuàng)業(yè)活動,完善創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系,發(fā)揮組織協(xié)調(diào)與溝通的作用,完善組織結(jié)構(gòu)等。這些業(yè)務(wù)將構(gòu)成中心的主要業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Based on the development of entrepreneurship guidance industry in China and a series of economic policies and regulations that have an important impact on entrepreneurial activities, this paper deeply studies the external opportunities and threats faced by Wuxi A Street Entrepreneurship guidance Center. The advantages and disadvantages of internal development, and then put forward Wuxi A Street Business guidance Center business development strategy. First of all, this paper reviews the theory of entrepreneurship and the related theories of entrepreneurship guidance, starting from the practice of entrepreneurship guidance in China, describes the various elements of entrepreneurship guidance business development and implementation. This paper introduces the general practical activities adopted by the entrepreneurial guidance institutions in China, which makes the readers have a preliminary understanding of the entrepreneurial guidance activities in our country. Secondly, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the entrepreneurial guidance institutions in Wuxi A Street Entrepreneurship guidance Center. The analysis of the external environment is carried out from the macro political, economic, social and technical aspects. From the point of view of the five-force model, this paper analyzes the competitors and industry competition in Wuxi A Street Entrepreneurship guidance Center and other factors, while the analysis of internal environment focuses on the internal structure, finance and marketing of the organization. From this, the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the center are summarized. Finally, on the basis of the internal and external analysis of Wuxi A Street Entrepreneurship guidance Center, it formulates its business development strategy. Using SWOT analysis, it can determine the center's optional business development strategy. Secondly, through the method of expert opinion group, Through two rounds of selection, the experts' opinions tend to converge, and then form the center's business development strategy. The business development strategy includes: providing differentiated and humanized products and services, strengthening characteristic entrepreneurial activities, and perfecting the entrepreneurial service system. Give full play to the role of organizational coordination and communication, improve the organizational structure. These businesses will constitute the center's main business development strategy.
