【摘要】：近年,臺灣島內(nèi)的獨派勢力有明顯的擴張趨勢,自2014年“太陽花學運”以來,以“時代力量”為首的激進派“臺獨”勢力快速崛起,在2016年臺灣“大選”中,“時代力量”在立法機構(gòu)成功獲得5席,成為島內(nèi)第三大黨。并在這個過程中表現(xiàn)出諸如“激進化”、“草根化”、“偶像化”等新特點,通過梳理其發(fā)展歷程,發(fā)現(xiàn)臺灣青年的支持是其成功的主要因素。臺灣青年世代經(jīng)過約二十年的“政治冷漠”,在近年來,尤其是經(jīng)歷了一系列以青年學生為主體的社會運動后,越發(fā)積極的參與島內(nèi)政治事務(wù)。主觀上從被動到主動、方式上從體制外到體制內(nèi)、表達上從現(xiàn)實到網(wǎng)絡(luò)、國家認同上日益混亂,這種種現(xiàn)象標志著臺灣青年普遍的政治覺醒,同時也考驗著我們大陸的政治智慧。針對臺灣政治中的青年因素,我們大陸可以針對性地采取一些應(yīng)對措施。一方面我們要繼續(xù)加快大陸自身的政治經(jīng)濟建設(shè),另一方面,我們也可以繼續(xù)拓寬兩岸交流的廣度、深度,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)等平臺,增加雙方青年互動機會,甚至可以在條件允許的情況下,讓臺灣青年一定程度上參與“整個中國”的政治事務(wù)重構(gòu)其“政治認同”,加速兩岸統(tǒng)一進程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there has been a clear trend of expansion of the pro-independence forces on Taiwan Island. Since the "Sunflower Learning Movement" in 2014, the radical "Taiwan independence" forces, led by the "power of the times," have risen rapidly. In 2016, in Taiwan's "election," the "time Force" successfully won five seats in the legislature, becoming the third largest party on the island. In this process, it displayed new features such as "radicalization", "grassroots", "idolization" and so on. It is found that the support of young people in Taiwan is the main factor in their success. After about 20 years of "political indifference" from generation to generation, Taiwan youth have experienced a series of social movements with young students as the main body in recent years. More and more active participation in political affairs on the island. Subjectively, from passive to active, in ways from outside the system to within the system, from reality to network, from reality to network, from reality to network, from reality to network, and increasingly chaotic in national identity, these phenomena symbolize the widespread political awakening of Taiwan's young people. At the same time, it also tests the political wisdom of our mainland. In view of the youth factor in Taiwan's politics, the mainland can take some targeted measures. On the one hand, we should continue to speed up the mainland's own political and economic construction, on the other hand, We can also continue to broaden the breadth and depth of cross-strait exchanges and increase the opportunities for youth interaction between the two sides through platforms such as the Internet, even if conditions permit. Let Taiwan youth participate in the political affairs of "whole China" to some extent and reconstruct their "political identity" and accelerate the process of cross-strait reunification.
