【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,政府開始轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉⻊?wù)型、高效型政府。其中,行政審批工作屬于政府行政手段,能有效管理國(guó)家事務(wù),對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、提升人們生活幸福感具有重要意義。但在實(shí)際管理過程中,出現(xiàn)了行政審批工作管理效率不高等問題,在一定程度上增加了社會(huì)矛盾,基于此,"聯(lián)動(dòng)模式"管理模式出現(xiàn),能較好地提升審批工作效率。本文簡(jiǎn)要分析當(dāng)前環(huán)保行政審批管理工作現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合聯(lián)動(dòng)模式概念、優(yōu)勢(shì)和注意事項(xiàng),具體闡述將其應(yīng)用于環(huán)保審批過程的效果,以期明確行政審批部門職責(zé),提高工作質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's political economy, the government has begun to change into a service-oriented, high-efficiency government. Among them, the administrative examination and approval work belongs to the administrative means of the government, which can effectively manage the state affairs and regulate the market economy. It is of great significance to promote people's well-being in life. However, in the process of actual management, problems such as low efficiency of administrative examination and approval work appear, which to a certain extent increase social contradictions. Based on this, the "linkage mode" management mode appears. This paper briefly analyzes the current situation of environmental protection administrative examination and approval management, and expounds the effect of applying it to the environmental protection examination and approval process by combining the concept, advantages and matters needing attention of the linkage mode. With a view to clarifying the responsibilities of the administrative examination and approval department, improve the quality of work.
