【摘要】：自2011年起在我國(guó)實(shí)施的首都經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)為我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)，因此，從金融角度出發(fā)，借助首都經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的效力提高北京周邊貧困地區(qū)的居民收入成為本文所試圖研究解決的問題。北京作為我國(guó)的重要政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化中心，在改革開放以來得到了飛速的發(fā)展，但其快速發(fā)展的效應(yīng)并沒有完全輻射到它的周邊地區(qū)，與北京城僅一線之隔的地區(qū)仍存在國(guó)家級(jí)的貧困縣，當(dāng)?shù)氐木用袷杖肱c首都居民收入差距甚大，成為我國(guó)快速發(fā)展下貧富差距擴(kuò)大的不容忽視的例證。 本文從金融角度出發(fā)，以首都經(jīng)濟(jì)圈為研究范圍，通過對(duì)北京與首都經(jīng)濟(jì)圈貧困地區(qū)居民收入、金融條件的比較分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)貧困地區(qū)的居民缺少金融服務(wù)、缺少符合自身的金融產(chǎn)品、缺少相關(guān)的金融信息來源、缺少基本金融常識(shí)等諸多不足。通過與首都及國(guó)外的比較分析，本文為幫助首都經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的居民提高收入，提升貧困地區(qū)居民的生活水平，分別從資源方面、制度層面、體系層面、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新層面、金融教育幾個(gè)角度提出一些看法。希望可以利用首都經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的建設(shè)，使北京效應(yīng)加快輻射到周邊的地區(qū)，帶動(dòng)并促進(jìn)周邊貧困地區(qū)的金融發(fā)展，更好的提高貧困地區(qū)的居民收入。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, the construction of the capital economic circle in China has made great contributions to the economic and social development of our country. Therefore, from the financial point of view, Using the effectiveness of the capital economic circle to improve the income of residents in the poverty-stricken areas around Beijing has become a problem to be studied and solved in this paper. As an important political, economic and cultural center of our country, Beijing has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up. However, the effect of its rapid development did not fully radiate into the surrounding areas. There are still poverty-stricken counties at the national level in areas separated from Beijing, and the income gap between the local residents and the residents in the capital is very large. It has become an example of the widening gap between the rich and the poor under the rapid development of our country. From the financial point of view, taking the Capital Economic Circle as the research scope, this paper analyzes the income and financial conditions of the residents in the poor areas of Beijing and the Capital Economic Circle, and finds that the residents in the poor areas lack financial services. Lack of suitable financial products, lack of relevant sources of financial information, lack of basic financial knowledge and so on. Through comparative analysis with the capital and abroad, this paper aims to help the residents of the capital economic circle to raise their income. To improve the living standards of residents in poor areas, we put forward some views from the aspects of resources, system, system, product innovation and financial education. We hope to make use of the construction of the capital economic circle. So that the Beijing effect can accelerate the radiation to the surrounding areas, promote and promote the financial development of the surrounding poor areas, and better improve the income of residents in the poor areas.
