【摘要】:個(gè)人理想是每個(gè)時(shí)代亙古不變的課題,它不僅關(guān)系到人們的生活與發(fā)展,也關(guān)系到民族與國(guó)家的希望和未來,大學(xué)生作為祖國(guó)的未來,他們的個(gè)人理想信念狀況如何,更是在很大程度上決定著人生的長(zhǎng)度以及影響著我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的步伐。處于青年時(shí)期的大學(xué)生,他們活力四射、精力充沛,對(duì)新鮮事物擁有著高昂的激情,他們認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí),努力達(dá)到自己的人生目標(biāo),為祖國(guó)的未來貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量。我國(guó)社會(huì)進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)型期以來,社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,我國(guó)也進(jìn)入了社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的新時(shí)期,政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各方面都迎來了新局面,這為大學(xué)生的個(gè)人理想帶來了新契機(jī)。但是也應(yīng)看到,物質(zhì)生活水平的提高往往會(huì)帶來思想觀念的變化,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、文化的進(jìn)步給大學(xué)生帶來機(jī)遇的同時(shí)也給他們的思想觀念帶來了挑戰(zhàn),從而導(dǎo)致新時(shí)期大學(xué)生在個(gè)人理想方面存在著諸多問題,如個(gè)人理想迷失、功利、庸俗等等。因此,深入研究轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生的個(gè)人理想變遷,加強(qiáng)個(gè)人理想信念教育,引導(dǎo)其樹立起科學(xué)的個(gè)人理想就顯得尤為必要和緊迫。本文的正文主要分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分,闡述了大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想的內(nèi)涵、特征以及個(gè)人理想對(duì)大學(xué)生的重要意義。大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想主要包涵三方面的內(nèi)容,即個(gè)人生活理想、個(gè)人職業(yè)理想和個(gè)人道德理想。大學(xué)生與其他人相比,其個(gè)人理想有相同的特點(diǎn),也有不同的特點(diǎn),具體體現(xiàn)為自主性、時(shí)代性、可塑性和感知性。個(gè)人理想對(duì)于大學(xué)生的自我發(fā)展來說,正確的個(gè)人理想可以為大學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)提供動(dòng)力、為大學(xué)生的職業(yè)發(fā)展指引方向、為大學(xué)生的道德發(fā)展樹立準(zhǔn)繩。第二部分,重點(diǎn)分析了轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想變遷的表現(xiàn),并從多個(gè)角度深入探討了發(fā)生這些變遷的原因。改革開放以來,大學(xué)生的個(gè)人理想較以往發(fā)生了明顯的變化,有積極的變化也有消極的變化。其中,積極方面包括大學(xué)生對(duì)個(gè)人理想的認(rèn)識(shí)更趨理性,更加注重自我實(shí)現(xiàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)形式更加豐富多樣,總體上來說轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生的個(gè)人理想呈現(xiàn)出良好的態(tài)勢(shì);消極方面包括轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想存在模糊性、迷;瘑栴},存在功利性、庸俗化傾向,對(duì)科學(xué)的個(gè)人理想踐行能力薄弱,缺乏強(qiáng)有力的精神信念的支撐。這些變遷并不是偶然的,而是與我國(guó)進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)型期以來的時(shí)代背景緊密相關(guān)的,本文主要從四個(gè)角度加以分析,首先,信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化強(qiáng)化了新興媒體的挑戰(zhàn)。其次,文化多元化突出了價(jià)值選擇的沖突。再次,生活世俗化加深了消費(fèi)主義的腐蝕。最后,教育大眾化加大了就業(yè)現(xiàn)實(shí)的壓力。第三部分,面對(duì)大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想在轉(zhuǎn)型期的諸多變化,綜合運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論,從多個(gè)層次、多個(gè)方面解決轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想信念遇到的困境與問題,引導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生樹立正確的、科學(xué)的個(gè)人理想。本文主要從四個(gè)方面加以論述,首先,堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系教育,提高大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想的科學(xué)性。其次,將價(jià)值引導(dǎo)與自主構(gòu)建相結(jié)合,明確大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想的方向性。再次,在改革洪流中踐行個(gè)人理想,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想的實(shí)效性。最后,重視大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想的信念教育,保持對(duì)科學(xué)個(gè)人理想的堅(jiān)定性。轉(zhuǎn)型期的大學(xué)生處于一個(gè)新的時(shí)代背景與社會(huì)環(huán)境之下,所以他們的思想觀念、價(jià)值取向、個(gè)人理想與以往的大學(xué)生必然會(huì)有很大的不同,馬克思主義哲學(xué)堅(jiān)持物質(zhì)決定意識(shí)的觀點(diǎn),那么我們也不能再用以往的個(gè)人理想信念教育方法或途徑來引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生。本文的研究,就是從現(xiàn)實(shí)的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),切實(shí)地針對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想的特點(diǎn)、現(xiàn)狀及問題,分析其中隱藏的原因,探索切實(shí)有效的新方法和新途徑,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想信念教育。本課題的研究,有助于深化對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生個(gè)人理想的實(shí)踐探討,豐富思想政治教育理論體系,為高校的思想政治教育提出有力的理論依據(jù),從而使高校更好地開展思想政治教育工作和理想信念教育工作。
[Abstract]:Individual ideal is the everlasting topic in every age, it is not only related to people's life and development, but also related to the nation and the hope and future of the country, students as the future of the motherland, how individual their ideal and belief, is largely determines the length of life and affects the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese the pace of China's national college students. In the period of youth, their vibrant, full of go, have a passion for new things, they learn seriously, and strive to achieve their goals in life, for the future of our country to contribute their strength. Since our country entered into a social transformation period, the rapid development of socialist market economy, I China has entered a new period of socialist modernization, the political, economic, cultural and other fields have ushered in a new situation, which brings a new opportunity for students' personal ideal Machine. But we should also see that changes in the material standard of living will often bring ideas, the development of economy, the progress of the culture to the students at the same time opportunities for their ideological challenges, which leads to college students in the new era in personal ideals with a lot of problems, such as personal ideal lost utility. The text is divided into three parts. The first part expounds the connotation of College Students' personal ideal, important characteristics and personal ideal on college students. College students' personal ideal mainly includes three aspects, namely personal life ideal, personal occupation ideal and personal moral ideal university students and other people. Compared to the ideal individual have the same characteristics, but also have different characteristics, embodied the autonomy, the times, plasticity and personal perception. Ideal for self development of college students, the correct personal ideal can provide power for the healthy growth of college students, to guide students to the occupation development direction, establish the principle of College Students' moral development. The second part focuses on the analysis of the performance of College Students' personal ideal change and transition period, from the point of view of in-depth study of the causes of these changes. Since the reform and opening up, their personal ideals have changed obviously than before, there are positive changes and negative changes. Among them, positive including the college students' understanding of more rational individual ideal, pay more attention to self realization, to achieve more diverse form, overall transformation of college students personal ideal presentation period A good trend; negative aspects including transition students'personal ideals are fuzzy, confused the issue, there are utilitarian, vulgar tendency of scientific personal ideal and practice ability is weak, the lack of strong spiritual support. These changes are not accidental, but with China has entered the transition period of the background closely related, this paper mainly analyzes from four angles: first, to strengthen the information network of new media challenges. Secondly, cultural diversity highlights the conflicts of value choice. Again, secular life and deep consumerism corrosion. Again, in the reform the torrent in the practice of personal ideals, to enhance the effectiveness of College Students' personal ideal and belief education of college students. Finally, personal ideal, remain steadfast on science. Personal ideal transition of college students in a new era background and social environment, so their ideological concept, value orientation, personal ideal and former students there must be a very different view of Marx's philosophy, adhere to the material decides the consciousness, so we cannot use the past personal ideal and faith education Ways to guide the students. This research is from the reality situation of effectively according to the characteristics of college students in transition period of personal ideal, the status quo and problems of analysis, hidden reasons, new methods and effective ways, enhance personal ideal and belief education of college students. The study of this subject, there are contribute to the deepening of the practice of college students in transition period of personal ideals and enrich the theoretical system of Ideological and political education, put forward a strong theoretical basis for the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, so that to better carry out the ideological and political education and the education of ideals and beliefs.
