【摘要】：二十世紀三四十年代,國內(nèi)政治經(jīng)濟環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大變化,隨著抗日戰(zhàn)爭的爆發(fā),陜西省由于其地理位置的特殊性加之黃河這道天然屏障,受戰(zhàn)爭影響較小,地方局勢動蕩較輕。為了吸納資金、調(diào)節(jié)金融,發(fā)展區(qū)域經(jīng)濟,國民政府及地方當局采取了一系列措施。四大國家銀行入駐陜西,同時以陜西省銀行為代表的地方金融力量逐漸崛起,其他商業(yè)銀行看準陜西金融市場也紛紛來陜設立分支行處,大大推動了陜西銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展和金融體系的建立。各銀行按照當局的相關政策法規(guī)組織經(jīng)營,開展各自職能范圍內(nèi)的業(yè)務活動,活躍資金市場、促進資金流通,對扶植和開發(fā)陜西地區(qū)的農(nóng)工商貿(mào)等事業(yè),促進省內(nèi)社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和進步發(fā)揮了重要的積極作用。 本文考察了這一時期陜西銀行業(yè)的建立及機構(gòu)演變,從史實出發(fā)主要研究了對陜西影響較大的幾大銀行的業(yè)務經(jīng)營情況,運用歷史學實證研究方法和新制度經(jīng)濟學的相關理論,剖析了二十世紀三四十年代陜西省銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程,探討了陜西近代銀行業(yè)業(yè)務發(fā)展和區(qū)域社會經(jīng)濟建設的關系。
[Abstract]:In 20th century, great changes took place in the domestic political and economic environment. With the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, Shaanxi Province was less affected by the war because of its special geographical location and the natural barrier of the Yellow River. The local situation is less volatile. In order to absorb funds, regulate finance, and develop regional economy, the national government and local authorities have taken a series of measures. At the same time, the local financial forces represented by Shaanxi Province Bank have gradually risen, and other commercial banks have come to Shaanxi to set up branch offices one after another. It has greatly promoted the development of the Shaanxi banking industry and the establishment of the financial system. The banks have organized operations in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the authorities, carried out business activities within their respective functions, activated the capital market, and promoted the circulation of funds. It has played an important and positive role in fostering and developing agricultural, industrial and trade undertakings in Shaanxi and promoting the development and progress of social economy in the province. This paper examines the establishment and institutional evolution of Shaanxi banking industry during this period, and mainly studies the business operations of several major banks that have a great influence on Shaanxi from the historical facts. By using the empirical research method of history and the relevant theories of new institutional economics, this paper analyzes the development course of Shaanxi banking in the 1930s and 40s, and probes into the relationship between the development of banking business in modern Shaanxi and the construction of regional social economy.
