【摘要】：本文對2013年青海省WPI進行計算與研究。從資源、環(huán)境、生態(tài)、社會、政治、經(jīng)濟等多角度,計算得出2013年青海省WPI的級別及5項分指數(shù)。通過對決定各分指數(shù)的因素進行分析,青海省的WPI與人為因素有更大的關系,且各分指數(shù)之間存在著聯(lián)系,相互制約。改善人類活動和對水資源的不合理利用可以將青海省城市WPI提升到更為安全的級別。本文對以后青海省城市水資源的分配和利用具有參考價值。
[Abstract]:This paper calculates and studies the WPI of Qinghai Province in 2013. From the perspectives of resources, environment, ecology, society, politics and economy, the author calculates the level and five sub-indexes of WPI in Qinghai Province on 2013. Through the analysis of the factors that determine each sub-index, The WPI of Qinghai Province has a greater relationship with human factors, and there is a relationship among the sub-indices. Improving human activities and irrational utilization of water resources can raise the WPI of Qinghai city to a safer level. This paper has reference value for the allocation and utilization of urban water resources in Qinghai Province.
