【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展,國家間以經(jīng)濟和科技為主導的綜合競爭日趨激烈,各國對區(qū)域內開展更緊密的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的意愿和需求進一步上升,琿春作為圖們江地區(qū)開發(fā)的中心點,中國面向東北亞合作與開發(fā)開放的重要窗口,近幾年一直得到國家的重視,不斷享受政府給予的政策扶持,其目的是努力把琿春打造成為中國面向東北亞合作與開發(fā)開放的重要平臺,繼而推動以琿春為核心的長吉圖開發(fā)開放先導區(qū)成為“東北亞區(qū)域重要門戶”和“經(jīng)濟技術重要合作平臺”,有利于推進東北亞經(jīng)濟合作的往來,加快琿春及沿邊地區(qū)的社會經(jīng)濟水平以及推動邊疆地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟繁榮與穩(wěn)定。因此,搶抓機遇、挖掘優(yōu)勢、搭建平臺、加強對外合作是琿春對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展所面臨的艱巨任務與重大挑戰(zhàn)。本文以琿春市對外貿(mào)易為研究對象,主要研究了琿春對外貿(mào)易進出口額,進出口商品結構,對外貿(mào)易的主要國家,琿春經(jīng)濟合作示范區(qū)等。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)了琿春對外貿(mào)易總量少,對外貿(mào)易合作對象國偏重于俄朝,環(huán)日本海國際物流通道通而不暢,出口商品結構單一,易受東北亞區(qū)域政治經(jīng)濟影響等問題。針對琿春對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展中存在的問題,提出了積極培養(yǎng)扶持出口貿(mào)易,促進貿(mào)易對象國多元化,加強通道建設,加快出口產(chǎn)品結構優(yōu)化升級,加快長吉圖先導區(qū)經(jīng)濟協(xié)調發(fā)展等對策。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the comprehensive competition between countries, which is dominated by economy and science and technology, is becoming increasingly fierce, and the willingness and demand of all countries to carry out closer economic and trade cooperation in the region have further increased. As the central point in the development of the Tumen River region, Hunchun is an important window for China's cooperation and development in Northeast Asia. In recent years, it has been attached great importance to by the state and has continuously enjoyed policy support from the government. Its aim is to make Hunchun an important platform for China's cooperation and development in Northeast Asia. In turn, the Chang-Jitu Development and opening Pioneer area, with Hunchun as the core, was promoted to become an "important gateway to Northeast Asia" and "an important platform for economic and technological cooperation", which is conducive to promoting the exchanges of economic cooperation in Northeast Asia. To speed up the social and economic level of Hunchun and its border areas and to promote economic prosperity and stability in the border areas. Therefore, seize the opportunity, tap the advantages, and build a platform. Strengthening foreign cooperation is an arduous task and a major challenge for the development of Hunchun's foreign trade. This paper, taking Hunchun's foreign trade as its research object, mainly studies the import and export volume of Hunchun's foreign trade and the structure of its import and export commodities. The main countries of foreign trade, the Hunchun demonstration area of economic cooperation, etc. Through research, it has been found that Hunchun's total foreign trade volume is low, the target countries of foreign trade cooperation are biased toward Russia and North Korea, the international logistics channels around the Sea of Japan are not smooth, and the structure of export commodities is single. In view of the problems existing in the development of foreign trade in Hunchun, it is proposed to actively cultivate and support export trade, to promote diversification of the target countries of trade, and to strengthen the construction of channels. Speed up the optimization and upgrading of export product structure, accelerate the coordinated economic development of Changjitu pilot area and other countermeasures.
