淄博配網(wǎng)自動化的實踐應(yīng)用與研究

【摘要】:隨著社會現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的不斷拓展,配網(wǎng)自動化已逐步成為電力應(yīng)用技術(shù)部門用來緩解電力能源緊張問題與滿足高質(zhì)量用電需求等而研究開發(fā)的新技術(shù)。國家電網(wǎng)明確提出要在我國管轄范圍內(nèi)大力發(fā)展智能電網(wǎng),構(gòu)建強(qiáng)化智能電網(wǎng)。智能配網(wǎng)建設(shè)范圍主要涵蓋中低壓電網(wǎng),所面對的多數(shù)為城市居民、企業(yè)等用戶,同時加固配網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),削減配網(wǎng)運(yùn)行中的薄弱點(diǎn)、卡脖子區(qū)域,將主網(wǎng)與用戶故障隔離開,增強(qiáng)配網(wǎng)故障發(fā)現(xiàn)與處理水平,迅速恢復(fù)電力用戶的正常用電?梢钥闯,配網(wǎng)自動化在城市中成功應(yīng)用的意義重大,但由于各個城市發(fā)展水平受當(dāng)?shù)卣谓?jīng)濟(jì)因素影響較大,城市規(guī)劃、發(fā)展方向等存在不確定因素,因此,配網(wǎng)自動化在應(yīng)用模式上會存在結(jié)構(gòu)上差異、管理模式上的不同、應(yīng)用設(shè)備上的差異以及運(yùn)行水平的不同等等。與此同時,隨著社會對供電服務(wù)及其可靠程度要求越來越高,原有的的配網(wǎng)架設(shè)結(jié)構(gòu)及其管理等已不能滿足現(xiàn)有新的需求,配網(wǎng)自動化管理成為解決這一問題的有效途徑并迅速發(fā)展起來。然而其適用形式隨地域而變化,本文將重點(diǎn)研究與討論配網(wǎng)自動化在城市中的應(yīng)用。本文開篇先介紹了課題的研究意義、現(xiàn)狀及其建設(shè)要求;其次,文章就有關(guān)配網(wǎng)自動化的一些理論進(jìn)行闡述;再次以淄博配網(wǎng)自動化的實踐應(yīng)用為具體案例,分析該地區(qū)配網(wǎng)實際發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,為探索出適合相似城市智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的途徑、方法奠定基礎(chǔ),力求建設(shè)好城市配網(wǎng),爭取在供電方面達(dá)到高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)服務(wù)和高水平能力;然后詳細(xì)介紹了淄博配網(wǎng)自動化的建設(shè)方案,而且指出這一方案需要按照一定原則來實施;文章最后就課題的應(yīng)用與研究成果進(jìn)行闡述和展望。配網(wǎng)自動化不僅有利于提高電力資源的利用率,在—定程度上緩和了供電緊張問題,而且有利于提高電力服務(wù)水平。在城市實施配網(wǎng)自動化,對市級供電行業(yè)的發(fā)展有很大的促進(jìn)作用,也能夠有效提升該區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。自動化程序的具體實施是通過監(jiān)視與控制配網(wǎng)來完成的,其可以促進(jìn)倒閘操作的高效進(jìn)行,保證員工勞動效率與安全;能夠很大程度上提升供電水平、拓展電力行業(yè)的發(fā)展。配網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)的建成不僅有利于故障定位及隔離,還能夠迅速自動恢復(fù)正常供電,大幅度降低故障危害程度,有利于保證電力系統(tǒng)的安全可靠運(yùn)行,縮短處理故障時間,提高系統(tǒng)供電水平,為用戶提供便利;而且配網(wǎng)自動化建設(shè)還能提高電能質(zhì)量,減少資源浪費(fèi)與供電風(fēng)險,提升供電可靠程度。
[Abstract]:With the development of social modernization, Distribution network automation has gradually become a new technology developed by the electric power application technology department to alleviate the shortage of power energy and meet the demand of high quality electricity. The State Grid has clearly proposed to vigorously develop the smart grid within the jurisdiction of our country. Building a strengthened smart grid. The scope of smart distribution network construction mainly covers medium and low voltage power grids, facing most of the urban residents, enterprises and other users. At the same time, strengthen the distribution network structure, reduce the weak points in the operation of the distribution network, the neck area, By isolating the main network from the users' faults, enhancing the level of fault detection and processing in the distribution network, and rapidly restoring the normal power consumption of the power users, it can be seen that the successful application of distribution network automation in the city is of great significance. However, because the development level of each city is greatly influenced by local political and economic factors, and there are uncertain factors in urban planning and development direction, the distribution network automation will have structural differences in application mode and different management mode. At the same time, with the increasing demands of the society on power supply services and their reliability, the original distribution network erection structure and its management can no longer meet the existing new needs. Distribution network automation management has become an effective way to solve this problem and has developed rapidly. This paper will focus on the study and discussion of the application of distribution network automation in cities. At the beginning of this paper, the research significance, current situation and construction requirements of the topic are introduced. Secondly, some theories about distribution network automation are expounded in this paper. Thirdly, taking the practical application of distribution network automation in Zibo as a concrete case, this paper analyzes the actual development situation of distribution network in this area, and lays a foundation for exploring the way to develop smart grid suitable for similar cities, and makes every effort to build a good distribution network in the city. In order to achieve high standard service and high capability in power supply, this paper introduces the construction plan of Zibo distribution network automation in detail, and points out that this scheme needs to be carried out according to certain principles. At the end of the paper, the application and research results of the project are expounded and forecasted. The automation of distribution network is not only helpful to improve the utilization ratio of power resources, but also alleviates the problem of power shortage to a certain extent. In addition, it is beneficial to improve the level of electric power service. The implementation of distribution automation in cities will greatly promote the development of the municipal power supply industry. It can also effectively improve the economic benefits of the area. The implementation of the automation program is accomplished by monitoring and controlling the distribution network, which can promote the efficient operation of the switch and ensure the labor efficiency and safety of the staff. It can greatly improve the power supply level and expand the development of the power industry. The establishment of the distribution network automation system is not only conducive to fault location and isolation, but also can quickly and automatically restore the normal power supply, and greatly reduce the degree of fault damage. It is beneficial to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power system, shorten the time to deal with the failure, improve the power supply level of the system, and provide convenience for the users. Moreover, the automation construction of the distribution network can also improve the power quality, reduce the waste of resources and the risk of power supply. Improve the reliability of power supply.
