大連地區(qū)柔性直流工程設(shè)計(jì)分析

【摘要】:大連市區(qū)南部是城市的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)中心,是大連市最核心區(qū)域,重要負(fù)荷比重很大,對(duì)電網(wǎng)供電可靠性和能力有很高的要求,而市區(qū)南部電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)存在安全隱患,不能滿(mǎn)足上述特殊要求,當(dāng)遇到嚴(yán)重災(zāi)害天氣或特殊情況倒塔故障時(shí),市區(qū)南部雁水以東地區(qū)將出現(xiàn)大面積停電,對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)毓I(yè)生產(chǎn)和人民生活產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重影響,造成嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)影響和重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。改善市區(qū)南部電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),建設(shè)市區(qū)南部電網(wǎng)與主網(wǎng)聯(lián)接的第二條輸電通道,保證特殊情況下市區(qū)南部大部分工業(yè)、居民安全供電是十分必要的。 柔性直流輸電技術(shù)是國(guó)際先進(jìn)的輸電技術(shù)。本文在總結(jié)前人對(duì)柔性直流高壓輸電技術(shù)及電力系統(tǒng)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合大連地區(qū)電網(wǎng)的特點(diǎn)及現(xiàn)有柔性直流技術(shù)、設(shè)備水平,研究、探索適合大連地區(qū)電網(wǎng)特點(diǎn)的柔性直流輸電接網(wǎng)方案,虛擬設(shè)計(jì)了大連地區(qū)的柔性直流輸電系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方案,對(duì)方案可行性及其建成后對(duì)大連電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的影響進(jìn)行了分析與評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:The southern part of Dalian is the political and economic center of the city, the most important area in Dalian, with a large proportion of important loads and high requirements for the reliability and ability of power supply in the power grid. However, there are hidden dangers in the structure of the power grid in the southern part of the city. Unable to meet the above special requirements, when there is a serious disaster weather or a failure of the tower in special circumstances, there will be a large-scale blackout in the area east of Yanshui in the southern part of the urban area, which will have a serious impact on local industrial production and people's livelihood. To improve the structure of the southern urban power grid, to build a second transmission channel connecting the southern urban power grid with the main network, and to ensure that most industries in the southern part of the urban area are protected under special circumstances. It is very necessary for residents to supply electricity safely. Flexible DC transmission technology is an advanced transmission technology in the world. This paper summarizes the previous researches on flexible HVDC transmission technology and power system, combined with the characteristics of Dalian power network and the existing flexible DC technology, equipment level, This paper studies and explores the scheme of flexible direct current transmission network suitable for Dalian power network, and designs the construction scheme of flexible direct current transmission system in Dalian area. The feasibility of the scheme and its influence on Dalian power grid system are analyzed and evaluated.
