【摘要】：2002年教育部頒布了《全國普通高等學(xué)校體育課程教學(xué)指導(dǎo)綱要》這一指導(dǎo)性文件，其中指出高校的體育在依據(jù)體育課程自身規(guī)律的同時(shí)，還應(yīng)貫徹學(xué)校教育的總體要求，對全體學(xué)生開設(shè)不同形式與類型的體育課程，從而滿足不同水平、興趣、層次學(xué)生的需求。高校體育俱樂部作為為學(xué)校體育的延伸與補(bǔ)充，既滿足了學(xué)生參與體育運(yùn)動的需求，又利于學(xué)生交往能力和心理素質(zhì)方面的改善和提高。從而使學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)得到全面提升。同時(shí)，體育俱樂部將學(xué)生的體育活動延伸到課外，為學(xué)生形成終身體育鍛煉的習(xí)慣打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，對學(xué)生體育意識的培養(yǎng)有著積極作用。 石家莊市作為河北省省會，不僅是河北省的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)中心，，也是河北省的教育中心，在本研究中，采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法與邏輯分析法對石家莊高校的體育俱樂部現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果表明：石家莊高校體育俱樂部主要是由學(xué)生自發(fā)組織而成，在人數(shù)規(guī)模上以50—150人的中等規(guī)模為主；在項(xiàng)目類型上呈現(xiàn)多樣性；在俱樂部人員性別構(gòu)成上男女比例不協(xié)調(diào)，女生所占比例較低；俱樂部人員隨著年級增高流失情況嚴(yán)重；俱樂部的活動內(nèi)容比較豐富，但主要集中在內(nèi)部活動，外部活動偏少；各俱樂部活動頻率較穩(wěn)定，活動時(shí)間適宜，但在活動頻率上不同項(xiàng)目間存在差異；石家莊高校俱樂部普遍存在場地、器材不足，過多依賴學(xué)校；俱樂部經(jīng)費(fèi)來源途徑比較單一，過多依賴于會費(fèi)。俱樂部外部管理上缺乏與學(xué)校的聯(lián)系，內(nèi)部管理缺乏民主性。俱樂部成員的參與動機(jī)大部分比較積極，但存在部分成員動機(jī)消極，過于功利。俱樂部成員項(xiàng)目選擇上呈現(xiàn)男女差異。針對石家莊高校體育俱樂部的現(xiàn)狀，各高校一方面要對各俱樂部進(jìn)行必要的扶持，包括場地器材的提供，資金的支持和俱樂部的規(guī)范化管理；另一方面各俱樂部也要對內(nèi)部活動的組織安排、人事任免等方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，使俱樂部這一組織形式為豐富學(xué)生課余生活、掌握體育知識技能、形成終身體育習(xí)慣起到積極的作用。
[Abstract]:In 2002, the Ministry of Education promulgated the "outline of physical Education Curriculum instruction in National Colleges and Universities", which pointed out that the physical education in colleges and universities should carry out the overall requirements of school education while according to the laws of physical education curriculum itself. In order to meet the needs of students at different levels, interests and levels, the sports club in colleges and universities, as an extension and supplement for school sports, meets the needs of students participating in sports. At the same time, the sports club extends the students' sports activities to extracurricular activities, which is conducive to the improvement and improvement of students' communication ability and psychological quality. It lays a solid foundation for students to form the habit of lifelong physical exercise and plays an active role in cultivating students' sports consciousness. As the provincial capital of Hebei Province, Shijiazhuang City is not only the political and economic center of Hebei Province, but also the education center of Hebei Province. The present situation of sports clubs in Shijiazhuang colleges and universities is investigated by mathematical statistics and logic analysis. The results show that the sports clubs in Shijiazhuang universities are mainly organized by students spontaneously, and the number of students is mainly in the middle scale of 50-150 people. There is diversity in project types; the gender composition of club personnel is not in harmony, and the proportion of girls is low; the loss of club staff is serious with the increase of grade; the content of club activities is relatively rich. But mainly concentrated in the internal activities, the external activities are less; each club activity frequency is relatively stable, the activity time is suitable, but in the activity frequency different items exist the difference; Shijiazhuang university club generally exists the venue, the equipment is insufficient, Too much dependence on schools, more single sources of club funding, too much dependence on membership fees, lack of contact with schools in the external management of clubs, lack of democracy in internal management, and most of the participation motivation of club members are more positive. However, there are some members with negative motivation and too utilitarian. There are differences between men and women in the selection of club members. In view of the present situation of Shijiazhuang university sports club, on the one hand, colleges and universities should give necessary support to each club. Including the provision of site and equipment, the support of funds and the standardized management of the club. On the other hand, the clubs should also optimize the organization of internal activities, the appointment and removal of personnel, and so on. The organization form of club plays a positive role in enriching students' after-school life, mastering sports knowledge and skills, and forming lifelong sports habits.
