【摘要】：古典時(shí)期雅典娼妓業(yè)是了解該時(shí)期雅典社會(huì)生活史的一個(gè)較好的視角。雅典作為古希臘政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、思想領(lǐng)域的中心,其娼妓業(yè)的發(fā)展與特征獨(dú)具-格,與大多數(shù)地區(qū)的娼妓業(yè)一樣起源于宗教賣淫,在發(fā)展過(guò)程中融合了古希臘的文化理念與特色。古風(fēng)時(shí)代隨著城邦的興起,賣淫由神圣開始走向了世俗,成為求生與謀利的一種方式,娼妓業(yè)誕生。到了梭倫時(shí)期,娼妓業(yè)被權(quán)力機(jī)構(gòu)用立法的形式予以確認(rèn)。進(jìn)入古典時(shí)期,娼妓業(yè)迎來(lái)了蓬勃發(fā)展時(shí)代,該時(shí)期雅典娼妓業(yè)形成了自身的發(fā)展特征,有了自身獨(dú)特的運(yùn)行機(jī)制并逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)了社區(qū)化發(fā)展,對(duì)城邦和家庭產(chǎn)生了一系列影響。古典時(shí)代晚期,特別是伯羅奔尼撒戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)以后,城邦走向了衰落,雅典娼妓業(yè)開始呈現(xiàn)出一些新特點(diǎn),主要體現(xiàn)在娼妓地位提高和城邦價(jià)值體系的崩潰。緒論部分主要闡述了本文的選題緣由以及國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)古希臘娼妓業(yè)的研究。第一章分為古希臘娼妓業(yè)的起源。從宗教賣淫和古希臘人的情欲觀出發(fā),剖析古希臘的賣淫文化。第二章從雅典娼妓業(yè)形成的表現(xiàn)和原因出發(fā),考察了賣淫從神圣走向世俗的情況。雅典娼妓業(yè)形成的表現(xiàn)在于神廟與神妓利用古老的傳統(tǒng)謀利,以及城邦出現(xiàn)以賣淫為生的娼妓群體,梭倫設(shè)立國(guó)營(yíng)妓院。而雅典社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和城邦男權(quán)至上的文化特征,則是促使娼妓走向市場(chǎng)的原因。第三章著重梳理娼妓人員的構(gòu)成與等級(jí)分類。娼妓分為妓女與男妓。妓女的來(lái)源主要是外邦婦女和女奴,男妓的來(lái)源大部分是奴隸和戰(zhàn)俘,但男女公民也有淪為娼妓的可能。妓女可分為三個(gè)等級(jí),男妓可分為只提供性服務(wù)的和被人包養(yǎng)的。第四章考察古典時(shí)期娼妓業(yè)發(fā)展的特征以及影響。首先從娼妓業(yè)完善的運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)制和娼妓社區(qū)的形成來(lái)梳理娼妓業(yè)發(fā)展的特征。最后,從城邦和家庭出發(fā),分析娟妓業(yè)產(chǎn)生的影響。第五章考察了古典時(shí)代晚期娼妓業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出的新特點(diǎn),表現(xiàn)在娼妓地位的提高和城邦價(jià)值體系的崩潰。其次,這些新特點(diǎn)的成因與其間雅典的衰落息息相關(guān),城邦的衰落引起雅典人道德操行的變化,娼妓業(yè)便迎來(lái)了黃金時(shí)代。
[Abstract]:As the center of politics, economy, culture and thought in ancient Greece, the development and characteristics of prostitution in Athens were unique. Like prostitutes in most areas, prostitution originated from religious prostitution. In the process of development, it combined the cultural ideas and characteristics of ancient Greece. With the rise of the city-states, prostitution began to move from sacredness to secularity in the ancient times. As a way of survival and profit, prostitution was born. In the Solon period, prostitution was confirmed by the power institutions in the form of legislation. In the classical period, the prostitution industry ushered in a booming era. In this period, the prostitution in Athens formed its own characteristics of development, had its own unique operating mechanism and gradually realized the development of community, which had a series of influences on the city-states and families, especially after the Peloponnesian War, in the late classical era, especially after the Peloponnesian War. With the decline of the city-states, the prostitution industry in Athens began to take on some new features. The introduction part mainly expounds the reason of this article and the domestic and foreign research on the prostitution industry in ancient Greece. The first chapter is divided into the origin of the prostitution industry in ancient Greece. Religious prostitution and the ancient Greek view of sexuality, The second chapter, from the manifestation and reason of the formation of prostitution in Athens, examines the situation of prostitution from sacredness to secularism. The manifestation of the formation of prostitution in Athens lies in the use of ancient traditions by temple and god prostitutes for profit. And the emergence of prostituted prostitutes in the city-states, the establishment of state-run brothels in Solon, and the socio-economic development of Athens and the cultural characteristics of the supremacy of the city-state 's male power. The third chapter focuses on the composition and classification of prostitutes. Prostitutes are divided into prostitutes and male prostitutes. The source of prostitutes is mainly foreign women and female slaves, and the sources of male prostitutes are mostly slaves and prisoners of war. But men and women also have the possibility of becoming prostitutes. Prostitutes can be divided into three classes. Male prostitutes can be divided into only providing sexual services and being nurtured. Chapter 4th examines the characteristics and effects of the development of prostitution in the classical period. Firstly, the characteristics of prostitution development are combed from the perfect operation mechanism of prostitution and the formation of prostitution communities. From the perspective of the city-states and families, this paper analyzes the influence of the prostitution industry. Chapter 5th examines the new characteristics of the prostitution industry in the late classical era, which are manifested in the improvement of the prostitute status and the collapse of the city-state value system. The causes of these new characteristics are closely related to the decline of Athens during which the decline of the city-state caused the change of the Athenian moral conduct and prostitution ushered in the golden age.
