【摘要】：在社會(huì)主義革命與建設(shè)時(shí)期,毛澤東的社會(huì)管理思想對于建設(shè)并鞏固新生的人民政權(quán)做出過巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。本文將從理論來源、主要內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)、歷史評價(jià)四個(gè)方面來梳理毛澤東的社會(huì)管理思想,研究的目的在于啟示當(dāng)今社會(huì)管理的發(fā)展。研究的主要框架為:一、毛澤東社會(huì)管理思想的理論來源。毛澤東的社會(huì)管理思想不是主觀臆想,它有其自身的理論來源。筆者挑選了中國傳統(tǒng)文化和馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的社會(huì)管理思想作為研究對象,其中中國傳統(tǒng)文化挑選儒家、法家和道家的社會(huì)管理思想、馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家則挑選了馬克思、恩格斯、列寧的社會(huì)管理思想。二、毛澤東社會(huì)管理思想的主要內(nèi)容。該部分將從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、民生四個(gè)視角來闡述毛澤東社會(huì)管理思想,分別表現(xiàn)為著重夯實(shí)社會(huì)管理的政權(quán)基礎(chǔ)、夯實(shí)社會(huì)管理的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)、著重從思想上推進(jìn)社會(huì)管理工作、重視民生工作以夯實(shí)社會(huì)管理的群眾基礎(chǔ)。三、毛澤東社會(huì)管理思想的特點(diǎn)。毛澤東社會(huì)管理思想十分重視從政治視角出發(fā)、毫不動(dòng)搖的堅(jiān)持群眾路線、統(tǒng)籌兼顧把握重點(diǎn)、高度重視文化認(rèn)同感的培養(yǎng)、注重方式方法的運(yùn)用。四、毛澤東社會(huì)管理思想的歷史評價(jià)。此部分首先從整體上肯定毛澤東社會(huì)管理思想的歷史地位,再分別對新民主主義革命前期(1919-1927)、新民主主義革命中期(1927-1937)、新民主主義革命后期(1937-1949)、新中國建立初期(1949-1956)、社會(huì)主義探索曲折時(shí)期(1957-1976)毛澤東的社會(huì)管理思想進(jìn)行具體評價(jià),前四個(gè)時(shí)期基本肯定毛澤東社會(huì)管理思想的積極影響,最后一個(gè)時(shí)期重點(diǎn)列舉毛澤東社會(huì)管理思想中的錯(cuò)誤思想。五、毛澤東社會(huì)管理思想的當(dāng)代啟示。此部分將分為:當(dāng)今社會(huì)管理應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)、生態(tài)五位一體;應(yīng)該協(xié)調(diào)多種利益關(guān)系、正確處理社會(huì)矛盾;應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持社會(huì)管理向多元主體的社會(huì)治理轉(zhuǎn)變;應(yīng)該完善民主協(xié)商機(jī)制;應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè);應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)法治建設(shè)。本文基于辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義,綜合應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、系統(tǒng)分析法和邏輯與歷史統(tǒng)一法,得出如下結(jié)論:研究毛澤東的社會(huì)管理思想,對于促進(jìn)當(dāng)今社會(huì)管理的發(fā)展,具有重要啟示作用。
[Abstract]:In the period of socialist revolution and construction, Mao Zedong's thought of social management for the construction and consolidation of the new people's regime had made enormous contribution. This paper from the theoretical sources, main contents, characteristics, historical evaluation of social management thoughts about Mao Zedong's four aspects, the purpose of the research lies in the development of enlightenment in today's society. The main framework of management for: first, the theoretical source of Mao Zedong's social management thought. Mao Zedong's thought of social management is not a subjective act, it has its own theoretical sources. The author chose China traditional culture and classical writer Marx's social management thought as the research object, the selection of Chinese traditional culture of Confucianism, Legalism and Taoism thought on social management. Marx and Engels chose Marx, Engels, Lenin's social management. Two, Mao Zedong's social management thought The main contents of this part. From the political, economic, cultural, four aspects of the livelihood of the people to explain Mao Zedong's social management thought, were mainly regime lay a solid foundation for social management, a solid material foundation for social management, especially from ideology to promote social management work, attention to people's livelihood to the masses lay a solid foundation for social management. Three the characteristics, Mao Zedong's social management thought. Mao Zedong attaches great importance to social management theory starting from the political perspective, unswervingly adhere to the mass line, we grasp the key, attaches great importance to the cultivation of cultural identity, focusing on the use of methods. Four, the historical evaluation of Mao Zedong's social management thought. This part starts from the historical position of Mao Zedong certainly the social management thoughts on the whole, and then to the new democratic revolution period of New Democratic Revolution (1919-1927), middle (1927-1937), the new democratic revolution Late life (1937-1949), the early establishment of new China (1949-1956), the exploration of socialist tortuous period (1957-1976) the evaluation of Mao Zedong's social management thought, the first four period basically affirmed the positive impact of Mao Zedong's social management thought, the last period of heavy enumeration of wrong ideas of Mao Zedong's social management thought. In five, the Contemporary Enlightenment of Mao Zedong the social management thoughts. This part will be divided into: the social management should adhere to the political, economic, cultural, social, ecological tourism; should coordinate various interests, properly handle social contradictions; should adhere to the social management to social governance transformation of multi subject; we should improve the mechanism of democratic consultation; should strengthen the construction of the party should be; to strengthen the construction of the rule of law. The dialectical materialism and historical materialism, based on the comprehensive application of the literature research method, system analysis method and system of logic and history One method is to draw the following conclusion: the study of Mao Zedong's social management thought has an important inspiration for promoting the development of today's social management.
