【摘要】：中國(guó)一直在積極推動(dòng)建立符合自身利益的國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)新秩序。中國(guó)所倡導(dǎo)的全球化是一種平行的全球化,伴隨著對(duì)西方主導(dǎo)的經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序的大幅削弱。與此同時(shí),一種違背美國(guó)愿望的地緣政治秩序,也開始顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。中俄兩國(guó)是推動(dòng)這種秩序的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。西方世界對(duì)中俄兩國(guó)的意志和訴求所采取的傲慢態(tài)度是導(dǎo)致中俄在地緣政治上聯(lián)手的根本原因。鑒于中國(guó)對(duì)大多數(shù)發(fā)展中國(guó)家具有很大影響力,這種政治-經(jīng)濟(jì)雙重秩序的形成,顯然會(huì)對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大的作用力。在此背景下,歷史上被視為"美國(guó)后花園"的拉美和加勒比國(guó)家,可能采取什么態(tài)度就顯得尤為重要。
[Abstract]:China has been actively promoting the establishment of a new international economic order in its own interests. The globalization advocated by China is a parallel globalization, accompanied by a sharp weakening of the western-dominated economic order. At the same time, A geopolitical order that goes against America's aspirations, China and Russia are the engines of this order. The arrogant attitude of the western world towards the will and aspirations of the two countries is the fundamental reason for the geopolitical cooperation between china and Russia. Have a great influence on most furniture in developing countries, It is clear that the formation of this political and economic dual order will exert a strong influence on developing countries. In this context, the Latin American and Caribbean countries, which have historically been regarded as the "back garden" of the United States, What attitude you might take is particularly important.
