【摘要】：改革開放以來,全國范圍內(nèi)城市舊城區(qū)面臨著大規(guī)模現(xiàn)代化更新的挑戰(zhàn),這種大尺度、粗放型、高速度的更新方式,不僅對(duì)城市舊城區(qū)歷史形成的古代、近代建筑文脈造成了嚴(yán)重破壞,同時(shí),大量新中國成立后興建、具有重要?dú)v史價(jià)值、藝術(shù)價(jià)值、景觀價(jià)值的現(xiàn)代建筑遺產(chǎn)成為城市現(xiàn)代化更新進(jìn)程的犧牲品。雨果說,建筑是石頭的史書。濟(jì)南1950～70年代的現(xiàn)代建筑遺產(chǎn)是這一時(shí)期濟(jì)南政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化歷史的物質(zhì)載體,記錄了濟(jì)南新中國成立后30余年的發(fā)展演變的曲折軌跡,不僅凝集了城市功能、城市人文景觀的歷史變遷,成為城市歷史重要的記憶節(jié)點(diǎn),同時(shí)也是研究濟(jì)南現(xiàn)代歷史的重要實(shí)物資料。1950～70年代的濟(jì)南現(xiàn)代建筑是城市寶貴的建筑歷史文化遺產(chǎn),具有重要的歷史價(jià)值、藝術(shù)價(jià)值、科學(xué)價(jià)值和文化情感價(jià)值以及使用價(jià)值,也是國家歷史文化名城濟(jì)南城市特色的重要組成部分,加深對(duì)濟(jì)南現(xiàn)代建筑歷史的理解和認(rèn)識(shí),對(duì)其遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值進(jìn)行充分準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)估,具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,不僅可為這一時(shí)期的建筑歷史文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與利用奠定學(xué)術(shù)基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)也可為濟(jì)南歷史文化名城風(fēng)貌保護(hù)提供理論依據(jù)。本文以1950～70年代的濟(jì)南現(xiàn)代建筑遺產(chǎn)作為研究對(duì)象,分析這一時(shí)期濟(jì)南現(xiàn)代建筑遺產(chǎn)的建筑特點(diǎn)與內(nèi)在價(jià)值,進(jìn)而提出濟(jì)南1950～70年代現(xiàn)代建筑遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與利用策略。全文共六章,分為四部分：第1章為論文第一部分,闡述了論文的研究背景、內(nèi)容、方法、意義等內(nèi)容,從立法保護(hù)、學(xué)術(shù)研究和工程實(shí)踐3方面分析國內(nèi)外關(guān)于現(xiàn)代建筑遺產(chǎn)的相關(guān)研究成果,為下文的論述奠定基礎(chǔ)。第2、3章為論文第二部分,以歷史事件為契機(jī)創(chuàng)立時(shí)間點(diǎn),對(duì)濟(jì)南1950～70年代現(xiàn)代建筑遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行歷史分期,匯總濟(jì)南現(xiàn)代建筑遺產(chǎn)類型,并結(jié)合時(shí)代背景,分析濟(jì)南這一時(shí)期現(xiàn)代建筑遺產(chǎn)的風(fēng)格與特點(diǎn)。第4、5章為論文第三部分,該部分從歷史價(jià)值、藝術(shù)價(jià)值和科學(xué)價(jià)值三方面對(duì)濟(jì)南1950～70年代現(xiàn)代建筑遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行價(jià)值分析,闡述其保護(hù)與利用的必要性,初步探討現(xiàn)代建筑遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值體系的構(gòu)建,并分析濟(jì)南這一時(shí)期現(xiàn)代建筑的分布特點(diǎn)與保護(hù)中出現(xiàn)的問題,提出適用于濟(jì)南的保護(hù)與利用策略。第6章為論文第四部分,該部分是對(duì)全文的總結(jié)概括。闡述在研究過程中對(duì)濟(jì)南1950～70年代現(xiàn)代建筑遺產(chǎn)的相關(guān)認(rèn)識(shí),反思這一時(shí)期現(xiàn)代建筑在保護(hù)與利用中出現(xiàn)的問題。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the old urban areas in the whole country are facing the challenge of large-scale modernization and renewal. This large-scale, extensive and high-speed renewal is not only for the ancient history of the old urban areas. The context of modern architecture has been seriously damaged. At the same time, a large number of modern architectural heritages with important historical value, artistic value, and landscape value have become victims of the process of urban modernization renewal, after the founding of New China. Architecture is a history of stone. The modern architectural heritage of Jinan in the 1950's and 1970's is the material carrier of Jinan's politics, economy, society and cultural history during this period, recording the tortuous track of the development and evolution of Jinan in the past 30 years or so since the founding of New China. It not only agglomerates the function of the city, but also becomes the important memory node of the city history. At the same time, it is also an important material material for studying the modern history of Jinan. The modern architecture of Jinan in the 195070's is a valuable historical and cultural heritage of the city, which has important historical value, artistic value, scientific value, cultural emotional value and use value. It is also an important part of the urban characteristics of Jinan, a famous historical and cultural city of China. It is of great academic value and practical significance to deepen the understanding and understanding of Jinan's modern architectural history and to evaluate its heritage value fully and accurately. It can not only lay an academic foundation for the protection and utilization of architectural historical and cultural heritage in this period, but also provide a theoretical basis for the protection of the style and features of Jinan historical and cultural city. This paper takes the modern architectural heritage of Jinan in the 195070's as the research object. This paper analyzes the architectural characteristics and intrinsic value of the modern architectural heritage of Jinan in this period, and then puts forward the protection and utilization strategies of the modern architectural heritage in Jinan in the 1950s and 1970s. The full text consists of six chapters, which are divided into four parts: chapter 1 is the first part of the thesis. This paper expounds the research background, content, method and significance of the thesis, and analyzes the related research results of modern architectural heritage at home and abroad from three aspects: legislative protection, academic research and engineering practice. The second chapter is the second part of the thesis, which takes the historical event as the turning point to establish the historical period of modern architectural heritage in Jinan, summarizes the types of modern architectural heritage in Jinan, and combines with the background of the times. This paper analyzes the style and characteristics of modern architectural heritage in Jinan in this period. Chapter 4 and 5 are the third part of the thesis. This part analyzes the value of modern architectural heritage in Jinan in 195070's from three aspects: historical value, artistic value and scientific value. This paper expounds the necessity of its protection and utilization, probes into the construction of the value system of modern architectural heritage, and analyzes on the distribution characteristics of modern architecture and the problems in protection in Jinan during this period. Chapter 6 is the 4th part of the thesis, which is a summary of the full text. In the course of the research, it expounds the related understanding of the modern architectural heritage of Jinan in 195070's. Reflect on the problems in the protection and utilization of modern architecture in this period.
