【摘要】：轉(zhuǎn)基因農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)在全球范圍內(nèi)引發(fā)的爭(zhēng)議和社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng),涉及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、民間社會(huì)、農(nóng)村環(huán)境和小農(nóng)、公司控制以及世界糧食體系等方面,國外社會(huì)科學(xué)界對(duì)此進(jìn)行了大量研究。大體上,對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)的研究涉及政治經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)以及文化層面。政治經(jīng)濟(jì)層面的研究重點(diǎn)是轉(zhuǎn)基因作物成為全球農(nóng)業(yè)資本主義的衍生物,并加強(qiáng)了對(duì)原有體系的不平等關(guān)系的討論;社會(huì)層面的討論集中在對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)基因風(fēng)險(xiǎn)治理,科學(xué)知識(shí)、科學(xué)家和公眾之間的關(guān)系以及社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)在農(nóng)業(yè)中應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)基因的影響;在文化層面,各國對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)基因存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)持有的不同態(tài)度與倫理關(guān)系和文化差異密不可分。轉(zhuǎn)基因問題的建構(gòu)是一個(gè)持續(xù)的過程,是科技在全球化時(shí)代被多方利益復(fù)雜性建構(gòu)的必然,與此同時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)基因無論受哪個(gè)領(lǐng)域的話語影響又將直接影響利益分配和世界格局。本文不是對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)基因安全性的討論,而是對(duì)國外社會(huì)科學(xué)在轉(zhuǎn)基因領(lǐng)域研究的梳理和評(píng)析。
[Abstract]:Global controversy and social movements on GM agricultural technologies, including intellectual property rights, civil society, the rural environment and smallholder farmers, corporate control and the world food system, Foreign social science has done a lot of research on this. In general, research on GM technology involves politics and economics. Social and cultural aspects. The political and economic aspects of research focus on GM crops as a derivative of global agricultural capitalism, and strengthened the discussion of the unequal relationship between the original system; Discussions at the social level focused on the governance of GM risks, scientific knowledge, the relationship between scientists and the public and the impact of social movements on the application of GM in agriculture; at the cultural level, Different attitudes towards the risk of GM are closely related to ethical and cultural differences. The construction of GM is a continuous process, which is the inevitable result of the complex construction of science and technology in the era of globalization. At the same time, no matter what field of GMO is affected by the discourse, it will directly affect the distribution of benefits and the world pattern. This paper is not a discussion of the safety of GM, but a review and analysis of the research of foreign social sciences in the field of GM.
