【摘要】：中國(guó)越來(lái)越重視志愿服務(wù)的發(fā)展。促成該現(xiàn)象的原因包括:學(xué)生希望打破固有程序參加有意義的活動(dòng)、可以滿足人民的需求、為中國(guó)發(fā)展作貢獻(xiàn)的愿望。把這些情況與中國(guó)的社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、意識(shí)形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變聯(lián)系起來(lái)時(shí),我認(rèn)為不應(yīng)該刻意地按照"利他"和"利己"的動(dòng)機(jī)來(lái)區(qū)分志愿者。對(duì)于學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),志愿服務(wù)是促使他們向現(xiàn)代型、創(chuàng)業(yè)型、負(fù)責(zé)任型自我轉(zhuǎn)變的一種方式,而這些正是應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)城市生活挑戰(zhàn)所必需的特性。但是,政府鼓勵(lì)和構(gòu)建的志愿服務(wù)也是一種"權(quán)力技術(shù)",即培養(yǎng)個(gè)人的自力更生和社會(huì)責(zé)任的一種方式。志愿服務(wù),并非只是簡(jiǎn)單地反映了一種新的"治理性",而是反映出了一種邂逅,與此同時(shí),在這個(gè)邂逅過(guò)程中,國(guó)家和社會(huì)之間的特有關(guān)系不斷地進(jìn)行著協(xié)商。
[Abstract]:China is paying more and more attention to the development of volunteerism. The reasons for this phenomenon include the desire of students to break the established procedures and participate in meaningful activities to meet the needs of the people. The desire to contribute to China's development. When linking these situations to China's social, political, economic, and ideological changes, I don't think we should deliberately distinguish volunteers according to the motivations of "altruism" and "self-interest." for students, volunteering is a way of transforming themselves into a modern, entrepreneurial, and responsible type of self. And these are the characteristics that are necessary to meet the current challenges of urban life in China. But volunteerism, encouraged and built by the government, is also a "power technology," a way to foster self-reliance and social responsibility on the part of individuals. It is not simply a reflection of a new "governance", but a reflection of an encounter in which, at the same time, the unique relationship between the state and society is constantly negotiated.
