【摘要】："德國制造"借以其專注、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、精確、完美、秩序、厚實(shí)的標(biāo)簽,成了宣傳國家形象的金字招牌。工匠精神是"德國制造"的秘密武器,其傳承深受本國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)、教育等因素影響。德國人民受新教"天職觀"的教義倫理、公平競爭的市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制、企業(yè)分權(quán)制度和銀企鏈條關(guān)系、規(guī)范性的工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化以及"雙元制"的職業(yè)教育體系為形塑工匠精神起到了促進(jìn)作用。追溯歷史,可以從德國工匠精神的形成機(jī)制中看出德國工匠文化的民族精神,同時(shí)也可為我國培育工匠精神提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:"made in Germany" with its focus, standards, accuracy, perfection, order, thick label, has become a gold-lettered signboard to promote the image of the country. Craftsman spirit is the secret weapon of "made in Germany", and its heritage is deeply rooted in national politics, economy and culture. The German people are influenced by the doctrine of Protestant "vocation", the fair competition market economy system, the system of enterprise decentralization and the relationship between banks and enterprises. The standardized industrial standardization and the "dual system" of vocational education system have played a promoting role in shaping the spirit of craftsmen. Tracing back to history, we can see the national spirit of German craftsman culture from the forming mechanism of German craftsman's spirit. At the same time, it can also provide reference for our country to cultivate the spirit of craftsmen.
