【摘要】：十八大以來(lái),黨和國(guó)家將全面深化依法治國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略提升到新的高度,我國(guó)法治建設(shè)的進(jìn)程明顯加快�；仡櫸覈�(guó)30多年的普法宣傳活動(dòng),民眾對(duì)法治的認(rèn)識(shí)水平有了很大的提高,但是由于我國(guó)人治思想影響深遠(yuǎn),缺乏法治傳統(tǒng),法治基礎(chǔ)比較薄弱。人們對(duì)法治缺乏應(yīng)有的信仰,法治實(shí)踐的動(dòng)力嚴(yán)重不足。而我國(guó)民眾法治意識(shí)的落后已經(jīng)阻礙了我國(guó)的法治建設(shè)。強(qiáng)化民眾的法治意識(shí)對(duì)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家具有重要意義,所以有關(guān)法治意識(shí)的研究目前顯得尤為重要。本文在對(duì)前人研究成果分析、整理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)民眾法治意識(shí)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了實(shí)地問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,根據(jù)十八屆四中全會(huì)后我國(guó)全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的總體要求,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析法及問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法等研究方法,創(chuàng)新性地從民眾對(duì)法治的自我認(rèn)識(shí)角度出發(fā),對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)民眾法治意識(shí)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究,得出當(dāng)代中國(guó)民眾法治意識(shí)比較薄弱的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,通過(guò)分析民眾法治意識(shí)薄弱的原因,提出當(dāng)代中國(guó)民眾法治意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)對(duì)策。本文主要通過(guò)五章的結(jié)構(gòu)安排對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析和闡述。第一部分是緒論,介紹了本文的選題背景和意義,該選題國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外的研究現(xiàn)狀以及所用的研究方法,并提出了本文的研究思路、論文結(jié)構(gòu)和可能的創(chuàng)新之處與不足;第二部分是對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)民眾法治意識(shí)這一命題的基本理論概述,從馬克思主義關(guān)于法治意識(shí)理論分析、中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治意識(shí)的基本思想、中國(guó)民眾法治意識(shí)的演變、當(dāng)代中國(guó)民眾法治意識(shí)的基本概念及現(xiàn)實(shí)作用進(jìn)行了論述;第三部分是對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)民眾法治意識(shí)的現(xiàn)狀分析,得出了當(dāng)前我國(guó)民眾法治意識(shí)的成就和存在的問(wèn)題;第四部分著重對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)民眾法治意識(shí)存在的問(wèn)題從宣傳教育、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了深入的剖析,并在第五部分對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出了相對(duì)應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress, the Party and the state have promoted the strategy of comprehensively deepening the rule of law to a new height, and the process of building the rule of law in our country has been obviously accelerated. People's understanding of the rule of law has been greatly improved, but because of the profound influence of the rule of man, the lack of tradition of rule of law, the rule of law is relatively weak foundation, people lack of due faith in the rule of law. The motive force of the practice of the rule of law is seriously insufficient, and the backward consciousness of the rule of law of the people in our country has hindered the construction of the rule of law in our country. Building a socialist country ruled by law is of great significance, so the study of awareness of the rule of law is particularly important at present. According to the general requirements of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way after the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee, through literature research, comparative analysis, questionnaire survey and other research methods. From the perspective of the people's self-understanding of the rule of law, this paper studies the contemporary Chinese people's awareness of the rule of law, and draws a conclusion that the contemporary Chinese people's awareness of the rule of law is relatively weak. Through the analysis of the causes of the weak awareness of the rule of law, put forward the contemporary Chinese awareness of the rule of law countermeasures. This paper mainly through the structure of the five chapters to analyze and elaborate the relevant issues. The first part is the introduction. This paper introduces the background and significance of this topic, the domestic and foreign research status and the research methods used, and puts forward the research ideas, the structure of the paper and the possible innovations and shortcomings; The second part is the basic theoretical overview of the proposition of the contemporary Chinese people's awareness of the rule of law, from the Marxist theory of the awareness of the rule of law analysis, the basic idea of socialist awareness of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics. The evolvement of Chinese people's consciousness of rule of law, the basic concept and realistic function of contemporary Chinese people's consciousness of rule of law are discussed. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of Chinese people's awareness of the rule of law, draw the current achievements and problems of the awareness of the rule of law in China; Part 4th focuses on the contemporary Chinese people's awareness of the rule of law from the publicity and education, political, economic, cultural four aspects of in-depth analysis. In the 5th part, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve these problems.
