【摘要】：正應(yīng)當(dāng)說,"單位"研究是一個承受多重內(nèi)涵且略為沉重的學(xué)術(shù)話題,也是一個緊扣時代脈絡(luò)的中國社會轉(zhuǎn)型的真實縮影。事實上,"單位制度"作為現(xiàn)代中國社會轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)程中的一個特定的組織形態(tài),已經(jīng)走過了近50多年的歷程。無疑,"單位制度"并不是一般性的組織和制度結(jié)構(gòu),而是中國在走向現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中所建立的具有總體性的組織和制度結(jié)構(gòu),它真切地反映了自新中國成立以來的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會乃至于它們的運行
[Abstract]:It should be said that the study of "unit" is an academic topic which bears many connotations and is also a true epitome of the transformation of Chinese society closely linked to the context of the times. As a specific organizational form in the process of social transformation in modern China, "unit system" has gone through more than 50 years. Undoubtedly, "unit system" is not a general organization and institutional structure. Rather, it is the overall organizational and institutional structure that China has established in the process of modernization, which truly reflects the political, economic, cultural, social and even their operation since the founding of the people's Republic of China.
