【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會發(fā)展迅速，綜合國力顯著增強，國民生活水平明顯提高，特別是近年，我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)總量已躍居世界第二，但文化事業(yè)卻沒有隨之加快發(fā)展，與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展極不協(xié)調(diào)。最近幾年，國家持續(xù)關(guān)注“三農(nóng)”問題，將社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和全面建設(shè)小康社會提高到國家發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略高度，在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和小康社會建設(shè)中著重強調(diào)農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)，在政策和資金上給予傾斜和支持，使農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)整體朝著好的方向發(fā)展，取得了一定的文化建設(shè)成果。 本文以農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)為主題，以湘陰縣農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)為研究對象，研究了國內(nèi)外農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)上的相關(guān)理論，作為本文的指導(dǎo)思想；重新梳理了文化及農(nóng)村文化的概念，列舉出農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的特點與其作用，概括了農(nóng)村文化未來的發(fā)展方向，并重點闡述了農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)對于新農(nóng)村建設(shè)、全面小康社會建設(shè)的重要作用；總結(jié)了湘陰縣近幾年來在農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)中取得的成績，對其文化建設(shè)中暴露出的諸多問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析和闡述，并從經(jīng)濟(jì)、制度、人才等多角度、多維度深入研究分析了產(chǎn)生這些問題的背后原因，力求全面、深入揭示農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)過程中遇到的困難，尋求解決之道。根據(jù)湘陰縣文化建設(shè)過程中的問題和原因提出了加強農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的措施，這些措施從多角度出發(fā)，力求能解決目前農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)中遇到的問題，，使農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)朝著預(yù)定的目標(biāo)前進(jìn)，滿足農(nóng)民日益增長的文化需求。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's political, economic and social development has been rapid, the overall national strength has significantly increased, the standard of living of the people has improved significantly, especially in recent years, China's total economic volume has leapt to the second largest in the world. However, cultural undertakings have not been accelerated with the development of economic and social development is very inconsistent. In recent years, the country has been concerned about the "three rural" issues. The construction of the new socialist countryside and the overall construction of a well-off society will be raised to the strategic height of national development, with emphasis on the construction of rural culture in the construction of the new countryside and the well-off society. In terms of policy and financial support, the overall development of rural cultural construction towards a good direction, has achieved certain results in cultural construction. This article takes the rural culture construction as the theme, taking Xiangyin county countryside culture construction as the research object, studies the domestic and foreign rural cultural construction related theories, as the guiding ideology of this article; This paper reviews the concept of culture and rural culture, enumerates the characteristics and functions of rural cultural construction, summarizes the future development direction of rural culture, and focuses on the rural cultural construction for the new rural construction. The important role of building a well-off society in an all-round way; This paper summarizes the achievements of Xiangyin County in the construction of rural culture in recent years, analyzes and expounds in detail many problems exposed in the cultural construction of Xiangyin County, and from the aspects of economy, system, talent and so on. Multi-dimensional in-depth research and analysis of the causes behind these problems, and strive to comprehensively, in-depth reveal the difficulties encountered in the process of rural cultural construction. According to the problems and reasons in the process of cultural construction in Xiangyin County, this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen the cultural construction in rural areas, and these measures proceed from various angles. This paper tries to solve the problems encountered in the construction of rural culture at present, to make the construction of rural culture advance towards the predetermined goal, and to meet the increasing cultural needs of farmers.
