【摘要】：邁入21世紀(jì)的十余年中，各類突發(fā)事件在世界各國(guó)爆發(fā)的頻次不斷增加，影響范圍不斷擴(kuò)大，影響程度也在不斷地增強(qiáng)。突發(fā)事件的發(fā)生會(huì)影響到正常的生產(chǎn)、生活，，甚至?xí)䦟?duì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)造成嚴(yán)重破壞。突發(fā)事件本身的災(zāi)難性和危害性只是造成這些損失的部分原因，而更重要的原因在于信息在傳播過程中出現(xiàn)的信息虛假、信息不實(shí)、信息破碎、信息曲解等信息異化問題。 本文主要對(duì)突發(fā)事件信息傳播中信息異化現(xiàn)象、表現(xiàn)形式及其危害性進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析。從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、技術(shù)、心理五個(gè)角度，分析突發(fā)事件信息傳播中信息異化產(chǎn)生的原因，并從政府、傳媒、公眾三個(gè)層面提出了防止和控制異化信息傳播的措施。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century more than ten years, all kinds of unexpected events in the world is increasing the frequency of the outbreak, effects of expanding the scope of influence is growing. Occurrence of emergencies affect the normal production and life, and even cause serious damage to the political economy. Part of the reason itself and emergency disaster harm caused by these losses only, but the more important reason is that the information in the process of spreading false information, false information, information fragmentation, information distortion and other information alienation.
