【摘要】：中國從2010年開始超過日本,成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟體國家,最近幾年的經(jīng)濟總量也一直保持增長。毫無疑問,伴隨著中國經(jīng)濟實力的不斷增強,中國在世界政治經(jīng)濟舞臺上所扮演的角色會越來越重要。但是人民幣到目前還是游離于國際貨幣體系之外,這種情況是難以滿足市場日益增長的需求。作為世界第二大經(jīng)濟體,中國的主權(quán)貨幣——人民幣卻沒有得到與之相對應(yīng)的國際地位。因此,為推動國際貨幣體系改革和推進人民幣的國際化相關(guān)的研究具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 隨著中國經(jīng)濟實力的不斷增強,中國在國際社會上的政治經(jīng)濟地位也逐步得到廣泛認同,這為人民幣國際化打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。在一定范圍內(nèi),人民幣獲得了比較廣泛的認可和使用。比如說,在東南亞地區(qū),人民幣現(xiàn)已成為僅次于美元、歐元和日元的硬通貨；在中國的西南邊境,人民幣享有“小美元”的昵稱；人民幣的跨境貿(mào)易結(jié)算規(guī)模在過去五年內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)出幾何倍數(shù)增長的景象；在中國港澳地區(qū)和新加坡等國的人民幣離岸市場上,不斷有產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,出現(xiàn)供求兩旺的活躍市場。中國政府也采取了一系列措施為人民幣國際化的發(fā)展掃清障礙,鋪墊道路。中國的央行和亞洲其他多個國家央行簽訂了雙邊貨幣互換協(xié)議；中國上海成立了自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū),是金融創(chuàng)新和金融改革試驗的排頭兵；跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算試點企業(yè)的范圍擴大至全國,同時,不再限制境外地域；另外,開始有條件的開放內(nèi)地企業(yè)以人民幣進行境外直接投資活動。中國應(yīng)抓住機遇,利用當(dāng)前有利的國內(nèi)外環(huán)境,按著中國的國情和現(xiàn)狀,不怕犯錯,敢于嘗試,摸索一條人民幣國際化道路。 論文主要對人民幣國際化的鑄幣稅收益和成本以及會遇到的障礙做了分析,在借鑒世界主要國際貨幣的國際化經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了人民幣國際化的戰(zhàn)略路徑選擇和相關(guān)建議。在第一章里,主要對國內(nèi)外研究貨幣國際化的相關(guān)理論進行了梳理,為接下來的研究打下理論基礎(chǔ)；在第二章介紹了人民幣國際化所具備的現(xiàn)實條件和最新的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對當(dāng)前的人民幣國際化情況建立初步的印象；第三章主要是針對人民幣國際化的收益和成本使用了定量分析和定性分析相結(jié)合的方法進行分析,探討人民幣國際化的必要性；第四章分析了人民幣國際化道路上出現(xiàn)的各種障礙,為了后文能提出有針對性的建議措施；第五章主要是運用歸納和對比的方法,分別介紹了英鎊、美元、日元和歐元的國際化經(jīng)驗,希望人民幣國際化從中吸取教訓(xùn)和獲得啟示；第六章提出了人民幣國際化戰(zhàn)略路徑,從實際角度出發(fā),提出了推廣人民幣使用的建議和對人民幣回流問題的對策措施。
[Abstract]:China has overtaken Japan as the world's second-largest economy since 2010, and its economy has been growing in recent years. China's role in the world's political and economic arena will become increasingly important. But the yuan is still outside the international monetary system. This situation is difficult to meet the growing market demand. As the world's second-largest economy, China's sovereign currency, the renminbi, has not been given corresponding international status. In order to promote the reform of the international monetary system and promote the internationalization of RMB research has important strategic and practical significance. With the continuous strengthening of China's economic strength, China's political and economic status in the international community has gradually been widely recognized, which has laid a solid foundation for the internationalization of RMB. For example, in Southeast Asia, the renminbi is now second only to the US dollar, the euro and the Japanese yen. On China's southwestern border, the renminbi has the nickname "small dollar"; The scale of cross-border trade settlement of RMB has been increasing exponentially in the past five years. In China, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore and other countries in the offshore market of renminbi, there is continuous product innovation. The Chinese government has also taken a series of measures to clear the way for the internationalization of the renminbi. Paving the way. China's central bank has signed bilateral currency swap agreements with other Asian central banks; Shanghai, China, has set up a free trade pilot zone, which is the vanguard of financial innovation and financial reform. The scope of RMB settlement pilot enterprises for cross-border trade will be extended to the whole country, and at the same time, the territory outside China will no longer be restricted; In addition, China should seize the opportunity to take advantage of the current favorable domestic and foreign environment, and be not afraid of making mistakes according to China's national conditions and current situation. Dare to try and explore a way to internationalize RMB. The paper mainly analyzes the seigniorage income and cost of RMB internationalization and the obstacles it will meet, on the basis of drawing lessons from the international experience of the major international currencies in the world. In the first chapter, the related theories of currency internationalization at home and abroad are combed in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the following research; In the second chapter, the author introduces the realistic conditions and the latest development of RMB internationalization, and sets up a preliminary impression of the current RMB internationalization. The third chapter mainly aims at the RMB internationalization income and the cost has used the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis unifies the method to carry on the analysis, discusses the RMB internationalization necessity; Chapter 4th analyzes the various obstacles on the road of RMB internationalization, in order to put forward targeted recommendations; Chapter 5th mainly introduces the internationalization experience of sterling, US dollar, Japanese yen and euro by means of induction and comparison, hoping that RMB internationalization will draw lessons from it and draw inspiration from it. Chapter 6th puts forward the strategic path of RMB internationalization, and from the practical point of view, puts forward suggestions to promote the use of RMB and countermeasures to the problem of RMB return.
