【摘要】：中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨自成立以來(lái),一直把婦女解放運(yùn)動(dòng)作為整個(gè)革命運(yùn)動(dòng)的重要組成部分。在解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,中共上海地下黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)上海各界婦女進(jìn)行了反內(nèi)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)民主的斗爭(zhēng),各界婦女的斗爭(zhēng)與工人、學(xué)生等各條戰(zhàn)線人民的斗爭(zhēng)相互配合,為上海的解放作出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期上海地下黨婦女工作的背景、工作開展、特點(diǎn)及經(jīng)驗(yàn)等系列問(wèn)題,并對(duì)史料進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的梳理和挖掘。解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期在上海開展婦女工作是有其必要和可能的。上海是國(guó)民黨反動(dòng)派的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化中心,同時(shí)也是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的誕生地,在對(duì)敵斗爭(zhēng)中有著重要地位;解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期上海各界婦女要求解放的愿望很強(qiáng)烈,這為上海地下黨開展婦女工作提供了可能性;上海婦女工作機(jī)構(gòu)的調(diào)整與發(fā)展、各界婦女團(tuán)體組織的成立,也為上海地下黨開展婦女工作創(chuàng)造了有利條件。解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,上海地下黨根據(jù)中共中央的指示,主要從三個(gè)層面開展了婦女工作:在宣傳婦女方面,通過(guò)創(chuàng)辦婦女刊物,進(jìn)行文化藝術(shù)宣傳,展開秘密宣傳攻勢(shì)開辟輿論宣傳陣地;在動(dòng)員婦女方面,組織各界婦女參加反對(duì)內(nèi)戰(zhàn)、爭(zhēng)取和平的斗爭(zhēng);在改善婦女生活方面,維護(hù)婦女的生存權(quán)利及人身權(quán)利,開展婦女文教衛(wèi)生事業(yè),減輕了婦女所遭受的剝削。由于上海的政治環(huán)境比較復(fù)雜,上海地下黨的婦女工作有其鮮明的特點(diǎn):上海地下黨婦女工作的開展主要是依靠廣大產(chǎn)業(yè)女工和小資產(chǎn)階級(jí)婦女;為了適應(yīng)斗爭(zhēng)形勢(shì),避免敵人的破壞,上海地下黨以短小精悍且分散多樣的方式組織婦女;另外,上海地下黨在上海處于秘密非法地位,在敵強(qiáng)我弱的形勢(shì)下,通常是利用公開合法的方式發(fā)動(dòng)?jì)D女進(jìn)行斗爭(zhēng)的。在開展婦女工作的過(guò)程中,上海地下黨認(rèn)真貫徹了黨的工作方針與斗爭(zhēng)策略,將婦女工作與黨的中心任務(wù)相結(jié)合,采取靈活多樣的方式動(dòng)員各界婦女積極參加斗爭(zhēng),牽制和削弱了國(guó)民黨反動(dòng)派的力量,為解放事業(yè)的勝利作出了貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the Communist Party of China, the women's liberation movement has been regarded as an important part of the whole revolutionary movement. The Shanghai Underground Party of the Communist Party of China led women from all walks of life in Shanghai in the struggle against civil war and democracy, and the struggle of women from all walks of life coordinated with the struggle of the people on various fronts, such as workers and students. On the basis of previous studies, this paper discusses the background, work development, characteristics and experience of the women's work of Shanghai Underground Party during the War of Liberation. It is necessary and possible to carry out women's work in Shanghai during the War of Liberation. Shanghai is the political, economic and cultural center of the Kuomintang reactionaries. It is also the birthplace of the Communist Party of China and plays an important role in the struggle against the enemy. During the liberation war, the desire of women from all walks of life in Shanghai for liberation was very strong, which provided the possibility for the underground party of Shanghai to carry out women's work. The readjustment and development of Shanghai women's work organizations and the establishment of women's organizations from all walks of life have also created favorable conditions for the Shanghai Underground Party to carry out women's work. During the War of Liberation, the Shanghai Underground Party was guided by the CPC Central Committee. The work of women is mainly carried out from three levels: in the aspect of women's propaganda, through the establishment of women's publications, cultural and artistic propaganda, and the launching of secret propaganda offensive to open up public opinion propaganda positions; With regard to the mobilization of women, women from all walks of life are organized to participate in the struggle against civil war and for peace; With regard to the improvement of women's lives, the protection of women's right to life and personal rights, and the development of women's cultural, educational and health services have alleviated the exploitation of women, due to the complex political environment in Shanghai. The women's work of Shanghai Underground Party has its distinctive characteristics: the development of women's work of Shanghai Underground Party mainly depends on the majority of industrial women and petty bourgeois women; In order to adapt to the situation of struggle and avoid the destruction of the enemy, the Shanghai Underground Party organized women in a short and scattered manner. In addition, the Shanghai Underground Party is in a secret and illegal position in Shanghai, and under the situation of the enemy being strong and weak, it usually uses open and legal means to arouse women's struggle, and in the process of carrying out women's work. The Shanghai Underground Party conscientiously carried out the Party's work policy and struggle strategy, combined the women's work with the party's central task, and adopted flexible and diverse ways to mobilize women from all walks of life to take an active part in the struggle. It contained and weakened the Kuomintang reactionaries and contributed to the victory of the cause of liberation.
