【摘要】：公民權(quán)利保障與社會穩(wěn)定之間存在著正相關(guān)的關(guān)系。當(dāng)前我國正處于政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會急劇變革時期,公民權(quán)利被侵犯而得不到保障所引發(fā)的社會矛盾和沖突逐年上升,這些問題嚴(yán)重影響社會穩(wěn)定。由于歷史原因形成的公民權(quán)利意識薄弱、忽視公民個人權(quán)利和公民權(quán)利保障機制體制的不足等因素,制約了公民權(quán)利的有效保障。重構(gòu)社會穩(wěn)定觀、強化公民權(quán)利意識、正確處理集體與個體的關(guān)系和加強公民權(quán)利保障的體制機制建設(shè)對維護(hù)社會穩(wěn)定具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:There is a positive correlation between the protection of civil rights and social stability. At present, China is in the period of political, economic and social rapid changes. The social contradictions and conflicts caused by the violation of civil rights are rising year by year. These problems seriously affect the social stability. Because of historical reasons, the awareness of civil rights is weak. Ignoring the factors such as the individual rights of citizens and the insufficiency of the system of guarantee mechanism of civil rights restrict the effective protection of civil rights, reconstruct the view of social stability and strengthen the consciousness of civil rights. It is of great practical significance to correctly handle the relationship between collective and individual and to strengthen the construction of institutional mechanism to safeguard the social stability.
