【摘要】：中西亞和中國作為近鄰,彼此具有十分重要而豐富的戰(zhàn)略意義。新疆區(qū)位條件優(yōu)勢與特定地理基礎決定了它在中國和中西亞地區(qū)國家關系中的戰(zhàn)略地位。新疆大眾傳媒因此相應地處于國際輿論戰(zhàn)和信息戰(zhàn)的前沿陣地。故而研究新疆大眾傳媒關于中西亞國家報道具有極為重要的現實意義。本文以《新疆日報》作為研究對象,對其中西亞國家報道進行了細致入微的框架分析。中西亞地區(qū)安全局勢的新聞框架為:中西亞局勢動蕩既有復雜的內部原因,又有重要的外部背景,大國博弈之勢突出。中國不干涉他國內政,但積極推動和平談判解決分歧,堅定維護中西亞地區(qū)的和平與穩(wěn)定。中國與中西亞國家外交關系的新聞框架為:中國與中西亞國家的交往源遠流長,有著傳統(tǒng)友誼。雙方是友好合作、互利互助的國家關系。特別是我國新疆,是中國與中西亞國家友好往來的“橋頭堡”。中國與中西亞國家經濟合作的新聞框架為:借著中國與中西亞各國經濟合作加快發(fā)展的難得歷史機遇,新疆與中西亞諸國經濟合作的領域越來越寬,合作內容越來越豐富,合作水平正在不斷提高。中國與中西亞國家文化交流的新聞框架為:中國和中西亞諸國的文化交流與政治、經濟交融促進,具有地緣優(yōu)勢和人文優(yōu)勢的新疆則架起了一座橋梁�！缎陆請蟆逢P于中西亞國家報道的新聞框架通過一定的符號體系表現出來,這些符號形成對新聞事件意義的建構。這些框架受到媒體立場、編輯方針、新聞事件利益關系以及新聞價值規(guī)律等因素制約�！缎陆請蟆窇斦J清新聞框架建構過程中存在的問題,抓住機遇和優(yōu)勢,站在“一帶一路”新形勢下,站在國家和區(qū)域合作更高層面上,以“中西亞”為元素,打造不可復制的內容特色。
[Abstract]:Central and Western Asia and China are close neighbors. Each other has very important and rich strategic significance. Xinjiang's regional advantage and specific geographical basis determine its strategic position in the relations between China and Central and Western Asia. Therefore, Xinjiang mass media is correspondingly in the country. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the reports of Xinjiang mass media on countries in Central and Western Asia. This paper takes Xinjiang Daily as the object of study. The information framework of the security situation in the Central and Western Asia region is as follows: there are complex internal reasons and important external background for the instability of the situation in West Asia. China does not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries, but it actively promotes peaceful negotiations to resolve differences. The news framework for diplomatic relations between China and the West Asian countries is: the exchanges between China and the West Asian countries have a long history and there is a traditional friendship, and the two sides are friendly and cooperative. Mutual benefit and mutual assistance, especially in Xinjiang, China. It is a "bridgehead" for friendly exchanges between China and the countries of West and Central Asia. The information framework for economic cooperation between China and the countries of West and Central Asia is: a rare historical opportunity to speed up the development of economic cooperation between China and the countries of West and Central Asia. The scope of economic cooperation between Xinjiang and the Central and Western Asian countries is becoming wider and wider, and the content of cooperation is becoming more and more abundant. The information framework for cultural exchanges between China and the West Asian countries is: cultural exchanges and political and economic integration between China and the West Asian countries. Xinjiang, with its geographical and cultural advantages, has built a bridge. The news framework of Xinjiang Daily's report on countries in Central and Western Asia is manifested through a certain symbol system. These symbols form the construction of the significance of news events. These frameworks are subject to media positions and editorial guidelines. The Xinjiang Daily should clearly recognize the problems existing in the construction of the news framework, seize the opportunities and advantages, and stand under the new situation of "Belt and Road". At the higher level of national and regional cooperation, the elements of "Central and West Asia", to create non-replicable content features.
