【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的不斷提高，航空貨物運(yùn)輸在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的助推作用逐漸變大，航空貨運(yùn)所分?jǐn)偟倪\(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)份額也不斷提高。因此，眾多航空公司逐漸重視貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng)的開辟和貨運(yùn)機(jī)隊(duì)的建設(shè)，并且航空貨運(yùn)逐漸趨于全貨機(jī)化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、和專業(yè)化。然而，我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)貨運(yùn)航空公司由于機(jī)隊(duì)規(guī)模、整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不足、航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)型式單一等因素，不能滿足貨運(yùn)發(fā)展的需要，尤其近年來(lái)受金融危機(jī)、中東債務(wù)危機(jī)等外部經(jīng)濟(jì)疲軟形勢(shì)的影響，國(guó)際貨運(yùn)巨頭進(jìn)軍國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)，給國(guó)內(nèi)貨運(yùn)航空公司帶來(lái)了更大挑戰(zhàn)。 為了全面分析我國(guó)航空貨運(yùn)航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀，探索我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)貨運(yùn)航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)的方法，本文運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、多元線性回歸分析、聚類分析的方法，對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)航空貨運(yùn)樣本航段的運(yùn)量進(jìn)行分析，得出樣本機(jī)場(chǎng)平均載運(yùn)率、貨郵運(yùn)輸量、容納指數(shù)、可供噸位數(shù)等因素，并按照相關(guān)指標(biāo)對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行分級(jí)，然后利用簡(jiǎn)單TSP問(wèn)題求解模型得出合理的貨運(yùn)航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局。 樞紐式貨運(yùn)航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計(jì)一般包括確定樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)和路徑求解兩步，且一般以貨郵運(yùn)輸量作為樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)的主要評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，，本文通過(guò)引入平均載運(yùn)率、容納指數(shù)等具有理論依據(jù)的指標(biāo)篩選樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)并運(yùn)用TSP問(wèn)題建立航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)，具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of political and economic level of our country, the role of air cargo transportation in the development of regional economy is gradually increasing, and the share of air cargo transportation market is also increasing. Many airlines pay more and more attention to the development of freight market and the construction of cargo fleet, and the air cargo tends to be full cargo, network, and specialization. Lack of overall competitiveness, single route network type and other factors, can not meet the needs of freight development, especially in recent years by the financial crisis, the Middle East debt crisis and other external economic weakness. International cargo giants into the domestic market, to domestic cargo airlines have brought greater challenges. In order to analyze the current situation of air freight route network structure and explore the method of domestic freight route network design, this paper uses statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, clustering analysis method. Based on the analysis of the air cargo sample section in our country, the average carrying rate, cargo and postal transport volume, accommodation index, available tonnage and other factors are obtained, and the airport is classified according to the relevant indicators. Then the reasonable distribution of freight route network is obtained by using the simple TSP problem solving model. The design of hub freight route network generally includes two steps: determining the terminal airport and solving the route, and generally taking the cargo and postal transport volume as the main evaluation standard of the hub airport, this paper introduces the average load rate. It has certain reference value to screen the hub airport and establish the route network by using the TSP problem.
