【摘要】：住房反向抵押養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)在一些發(fā)達(dá)國家的養(yǎng)老保障體系中發(fā)揮著重要作用，在我國，住房反向抵押養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)仍是一種新型的養(yǎng)老模式，在試點(diǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)了一些問題，，例如老年人不信任、子女不支持等。這些問題與外部環(huán)境密切相關(guān)，因此研究其市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的影響尤為重要。因此，本文試圖從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、技術(shù)四大宏觀市場(chǎng)環(huán)境、以及微觀的供需雙方角度，來深入探討我國開展該險(xiǎn)種的外部環(huán)境，同時(shí)，通過對(duì)國外該產(chǎn)品先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的梳理，提出我國的發(fā)展對(duì)策。 本文第一章闡述了選題背景以及選題意義，對(duì)國內(nèi)外學(xué)者在住房反向抵押養(yǎng)老領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述，并介紹本文的研究框架和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章力圖介紹我國住房反向抵押養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題。第三章利用PEST模型，深入分析了我國住房反向抵押養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)相關(guān)的宏觀環(huán)境，闡述了該險(xiǎn)種在外部宏觀環(huán)境上的利好和困境。第四章中針對(duì)我國住房反向抵押養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)的微觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析，從供需雙方兩個(gè)角度，找出制約和影響該險(xiǎn)種發(fā)展的因素。第五章介紹了國外開展住房反向抵押養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，尤其對(duì)美國的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析。第六章針對(duì)前文提出的外部環(huán)境障礙，提出了加強(qiáng)政府宏觀政策支持、強(qiáng)化住房反向抵押養(yǎng)老的宣傳和文化培養(yǎng)等相關(guān)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Housing reverse mortgage endowment insurance plays an important role in some developed countries' pension security system. In China, housing reverse mortgage pension insurance is still a new pension model. A number of problems have emerged in the pilot process, such as mistrust among older persons, lack of support from children, etc. These issues are closely related to the external environment, so it is particularly important to study the impact of their market environment... This paper attempts to explore the external environment of the insurance in China from the political, economic, social and technological aspects of the macro market environment, as well as from the perspective of the micro supply and demand, and at the same time. Through combing the advanced experience of this product abroad, the development countermeasures of our country are put forward. The first chapter describes the background and significance of the topic, and summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars in the field of housing reverse mortgage pension research. The second chapter tries to introduce the current situation and existing problems of China's housing reverse mortgage endowment insurance. The third chapter uses PEST model. It deeply analyzes the macro environment related to the housing reverse mortgage endowment insurance in China. Chapter 4th analyzes the micro-environment of China's housing reverse mortgage old-age insurance from the point of view of both supply and demand. Find out the factors that restrict and influence the development of the insurance. Chapter 5th introduces the experience of developing the reverse mortgage endowment insurance abroad. In particular, the external environment of the United States is analyzed. Chapter 6th puts forward to strengthen the government macro-policy support for the external environmental obstacles put forward above. Strengthen the housing reverse mortgage pension publicity and cultural training and other relevant countermeasures.
