【摘要】：本文考慮區(qū)域間制度環(huán)境的差異,利用35個(gè)大中城市2010—2013年的非平衡面板數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了制度環(huán)境對于企業(yè)在政治關(guān)聯(lián)與能力建設(shè)兩種成長策略選擇的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):政治關(guān)聯(lián)能夠在短期內(nèi)緩解企業(yè)融資約束及提升企業(yè)績效方面產(chǎn)生正向作用,但隨著制度環(huán)境的向好,企業(yè)對政治關(guān)聯(lián)的依賴程度將會下降;門檻回歸結(jié)果表明,政治關(guān)聯(lián)存在一個(gè)效率邊界,當(dāng)制度環(huán)境的發(fā)展水平超越某一臨界值時(shí),企業(yè)將基于關(guān)聯(lián)成本而放棄政治關(guān)聯(lián),將發(fā)展的核心回歸到內(nèi)在能力的建設(shè)上。在經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期間,積極推進(jìn)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會領(lǐng)域的正式制度改革,能夠降低企業(yè)發(fā)展的交易費(fèi)用,減弱政治關(guān)聯(lián)的動機(jī),消除公權(quán)腐敗的利益源頭,并使企業(yè)將發(fā)展的核心資源回置于內(nèi)在能力的建設(shè)上。
[Abstract]:Considering the regional differences in the institutional environment, using the unbalanced panel data of 35 large and medium-sized city from 2010 to 2013, an empirical test of institutional environment for enterprises in the effect of political connection and capacity building of the two kinds of growth strategies. The study found: political connection can have a positive role in alleviating the financing constraints in the short term and the promotion of the enterprise the performance, but with good institutional environment, enterprise of political connection dependent threshold will decrease; the regression result shows that political connection has an efficiency boundary, when the level of development of the institutional environment beyond a critical value, the enterprise will be based on the associated costs and give up the core of the development of political association, will return to the construction of internal ability in the course of economic transformation, and actively promote the political, economic and social reform in the field of formal institution, enterprise development can reduce the transaction costs, weakened The motive of political connection eliminates the source of the interests of public power corruption, and makes the enterprise put the core resources of development back into the construction of internal capacity.
