【摘要】：隨著政策環(huán)境、市場需求等客觀條件的不斷成熟,安徽省的中小企業(yè)得到了飛速發(fā)展,但隨著企業(yè)數(shù)量的急劇擴(kuò)張和所占經(jīng)濟(jì)比重持續(xù)增加,生產(chǎn)效率低下、競爭力不強(qiáng)等問題也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來,中小企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展難題愈發(fā)受到重視。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的作用不可低估,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是強(qiáng)化企業(yè)核心競爭力的重要途徑,是解決中小企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展深層次矛盾的重要手段。因此,研究中小企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新力的制約因素,對提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營績效和實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)長久發(fā)展具有較深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 本文立足安徽省中小企業(yè)的實(shí)踐調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查和計(jì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法,以期達(dá)到三個(gè)方面的效果,一是從整體上把握安徽省中小企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動的狀況；二是為安徽省中小企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新評價(jià)提供依據(jù),并作出評價(jià)和影響因子分析；三是期望為相關(guān)部門和人員制定政策時(shí)提供參考。 本文共分為四個(gè)部分,第一章首先對安徽省中小企業(yè)的劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行說明,并綜述國內(nèi)外技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論；第二章簡要剖析安徽省中小企業(yè)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面存有的問題,并找出原因；第三章針對安徽省中小企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),整理歸納并運(yùn)用計(jì)量軟件進(jìn)行樣本實(shí)證研究；第四章針對安徽省實(shí)際情況,提出相應(yīng)的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of policy environment, market demand and other objective conditions, small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province have been rapidly developed, but with the rapid expansion of the number of enterprises and the proportion of the economy continues to increase, production efficiency is low. The competitiveness is not strong and so on, the small and medium-sized enterprises survival and development problems have been paid more and more attention. The role of technological innovation can not be underestimated, technological innovation is an important way to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises. It is an important means to solve the deep contradiction between the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises. It is of great significance to improve business performance and realize sustainable and long-term development. Based on the survey data of small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province, this paper uses the methods of questionnaire survey and econometric statistics to achieve the results in three aspects. The first is to grasp the status of technological innovation activities of small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province as a whole; The second is to provide the basis for the technical innovation evaluation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province, and to make the evaluation and impact factor analysis; Third, it is expected to provide reference for relevant departments and personnel to formulate policies. This paper is divided into four parts. The first chapter explains the classification standard and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province, and summarizes the theory of technological innovation at home and abroad. The second chapter briefly analyzes the problems existing in the technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province, and finds out the reasons; The third chapter aims at Anhui Province small and medium-sized enterprises technological innovation questionnaire survey data, collates and induces and uses the measurement software to carry on the sample empirical research; Chapter 4th, according to the actual situation of Anhui Province, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
