【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn),再一次改變著人們的時代交往方式。當代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)交往已經(jīng)成為了一種主導性社會交往,極大地推進了全球化的進程。在我國,2014年網(wǎng)民規(guī)模已達6.32億,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及率達46.9%,以信息獲取與發(fā)布、商務交易、交流溝通為顯著新特征的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)交往在人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畹闹匾匚蝗找嫱癸@,尤其是智能手機的興起使得以移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)交往迅速普及,推動了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)交往朝向縱深發(fā)展。本文以馬克思交往理論為指導,借鑒多種前人提供的學術資源,關注互聯(lián)網(wǎng)交往的新特征,從技術與社會互動的視角出發(fā),集中從政治、經(jīng)濟和文化三個方面分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)交往中信息技術與社會其他子系統(tǒng)的互動過程。雖然信息技術在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)交往的發(fā)展中具有核心推動作用,但如果將這種核心推動作用夸大為技術決定論則是不正確的,這種決定性作用不能被絕對化、簡單化。信息技術推動和形塑互聯(lián)網(wǎng)交往的過程,不是線性的而是非線性的,不是簡單的、單向的而是復雜的、互動的。信息技術本身不過是社會大系統(tǒng)中的子系統(tǒng)之一,它與包括政治、經(jīng)濟、文化在內(nèi)的社會其他子系統(tǒng)發(fā)生著相互作用。在側重考查信息技術與社會性的“政治人”、“經(jīng)濟人”和“文化人”行為的相互影響中,本文的研究指出,信息技術賦予了“政治人”參與政治的權利,消解了“經(jīng)濟人”行為的時空限制,釋放了“文化人”個性化的交往需求。反過來,“政治人”規(guī)范了信息技術的涉及領域,“經(jīng)濟人”選擇了信息技術的發(fā)展方向,“文化人”孕育了信息技術的新趨勢。本文的研究進一步揭示出,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)交往中信息技術與社會這一互動過程具有兩個明顯特征:一是信息技術對政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等社會因素的作用,體現(xiàn)為“消解限制,激發(fā)需求”,消解人們在以前社會條件下被抑制的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化需求并激發(fā)新的需求,為實現(xiàn)這些需求提供客觀條件。二是政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等社會因素對信息技術的作用,體現(xiàn)為“規(guī)避風險,選擇方向”,規(guī)避技術風險,并使人的意志體現(xiàn)在技術發(fā)展的方向之中。
[Abstract]:The emergence of the Internet, again changing people's way of communication. The era of contemporary Internet communication has become a dominant social interaction, which greatly promoted the process of globalization. In China, 2014, Internet users reached 632 million, Internet penetration rate of 46.9%, with access to information and publishing, business transactions, the important position of exchange communication for significant new features of Internet communication in people's daily life has become increasingly prominent, especially the rise of the smart mobile phone makes mobile Internet rapid popularization of the Internet to promote exchanges in depth. This article takes toward Marx communication theory as a guide, to provide the reference to a variety of previous academic resources, new features to focus on the Internet communication, starting from the interaction of technology and social perspective, mainly from three aspects of political, economic and cultural analysis of the information technology and the Internet communication in the social system he The interaction process. Although the core with the development of information technology in Internet communication in the role, but if the core role exaggerated technological determinism is not correct, the decisive role is not absolute, simple. Information technology to promote and shape the Internet communication process, not linear but nonlinear that is not a simple one-way, but complicated, interactive. But the information technology itself is a subsystem of the social system, and it includes politics, economy, culture, interaction with other social subsystems. The focus on examining the information technology and the society of the "political person", "mutual influence of economic man" and "cultural" behavior, this article points out that the information technology has given the "political" participation in political rights, the limitation of time and space resolution of the "economic man" behavior, release The release of "cultural people" individual communication needs. In turn, "political person" standard of information technology relates to the field of "economic man", the direction of development of information technology, "culture" gave birth to the new trend of information technology. This paper further reveals the interactive process of Internet Information Technology and the society has two distinct characteristics: one is the information technology on the political, economic, cultural and social factors, is the embodiment of "restriction digestion, stimulate demand, eliminate the people trapped in the previous social conditions of the political, economic, and cultural needs and stimulate new demand, provide objective conditions for the realization of these demand. The two is the political, economic, cultural and other social factors on information technology, is the embodiment of" risk aversion, choose the direction, to avoid the technical risk, and the will of the people reflected in the technology development direction.
