【摘要】：實現(xiàn)社會公平是中國共產(chǎn)黨人的一貫主張,只有維護和實現(xiàn)社會公平,廣大人民群眾參與社會建設的積極性才能得以調(diào)動,整個社會關系才能得以融洽,國家才能實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,社會主義的小康社會才能真正建成。不可否認的是,當前我國存在社會不公平問題,如在收入分配、教育、公共醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生以及社會保障等方面均存在嚴重的不公平。隨著中國經(jīng)濟改革進入深水區(qū)、全面建成小康社會進入攻堅期,社會公平問題亟待解決。因此,筆者以胡錦濤社會公平觀及其當代價值為選題,通過系統(tǒng)、深入地考察探究了胡錦濤社會公平觀構(gòu)建的思想理論來源及現(xiàn)實背景、具體內(nèi)容、當代價值等問題,認為,胡錦濤社會公平思想對于豐富和發(fā)展馬克思主義的公平思想、深化認識中國特色社會主義理論、初步構(gòu)建和諧社會的公平思想體系具有重大的理論價值;對于現(xiàn)階段我國推進體制改革、化解中國社會矛盾、全面建成小康社會等具有重大的現(xiàn)實價值。本文總共分為三個部分。第一章主要簡釋了胡錦濤社會公平觀的相關學理概述。首先,對“公平”、“社會公平”以及胡錦濤社會公平觀的概念做出了闡釋。其次,研究了胡錦濤社會公平觀的思想理論來源和構(gòu)建的現(xiàn)實背景。對馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家、前期中國共產(chǎn)黨人和中國傳統(tǒng)文化關于社會公平觀進行系統(tǒng)考察,認為他們?yōu)楹\濤社會公平觀提供了思想理論來源。再次,研究了胡錦濤社會公平觀建構(gòu)的現(xiàn)實背景。包括對國際背景和國內(nèi)背景的概括總結(jié)。第二章主要研究胡錦濤社會公平觀的主要內(nèi)容及其基本特征。一方面,研究了胡錦濤社會公平觀的主要內(nèi)容。社會主義社會公平的價值定位;社會公平建設的指導思想;社會保障體系建設;完善社會公平的制度保障;促進社會公平實現(xiàn)的具體途徑。促進社會公平實現(xiàn)的具體途徑包括深化收入分配制度改革,促進教育公平,推進覆蓋城鄉(xiāng)居民的社會保障制度的建立,反腐倡廉,樹立公平理念,營造良好的社會環(huán)境。另一方面,胡錦濤社會公平觀的特征主要有四點,即系統(tǒng)性、辯證性、價值性、針對性。第三章主要探析了胡錦濤社會公平觀的當代價值。首先,胡錦濤社會公平觀的理論價值方面包括以下四點。胡錦濤社會公平觀提出了諸多關于社會公平的新觀點,將我黨對社會公平理論的理解和認識提升到了新的高度,豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義的公平觀。胡錦濤社會公平觀深化了人們對中國特色社會主義理論的認識。實現(xiàn)社會公平是社會主義制度的本質(zhì)要求。社會公平是社會主義和諧社會的特征和基本條件,是科學發(fā)展觀的核心內(nèi)容。胡錦濤提出的以“四個公平”為主要內(nèi)容的社會公平觀,初步構(gòu)建了社會主義和諧社會的公平思想體系。胡錦濤社會公平觀為培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀提供思想基礎。其次,胡錦濤社會公平觀的實踐價值方面包括以下四點。胡錦濤社會公平觀為現(xiàn)階段我國推進深化改革提供依據(jù)。胡錦濤社會公平觀有利于全面建成小康社會。胡錦濤社會公平觀有利于推動當前我國經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)和良好政治生態(tài)的建立。胡錦濤社會公平觀為世界各國參與全球化進程提供了價值引領。全球化一方面為每個國家的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了機遇,另一方面,它也導致了國家發(fā)展的不公平狀況,使弱者更弱,強者更強。在國際交往中,我們應以馬克思主義公平觀為理論指導,積極參與全球化,為建立公平的國際政治經(jīng)濟新秩序而斗爭。
[Abstract]:The realization of social justice is the consistent stand of the Communist Party of China, only the maintenance and Realization of social justice, the broad masses of people to participate in social construction to mobilize the enthusiasm, the whole society can be harmonious relationship, the country can realize the stable development of the socialist well-off society can really built. It is undeniable that the current existence of social unfairness in our country, such as the distribution of income, education, public health and social security are serious unfair. With Chinese economic reform into the deep water area, a comprehensive well-off society has entered a crucial period, the social justice problems need to be solved urgently. Therefore, the author of Hu Jintao's view on social justice and its contemporary value as the topic, through the system and in-depth study on Hu Jintao's view on social justice and the construction of Ideological and theoretical sources of the realistic background, the specific content, contemporary value, recognition As Hu Jintao thought of social justice to enrich and develop Marx's fair thought, deepen the understanding of socialism Chinese characteristics theory, fair ideology preliminary of building a harmonious society is of great theoretical value; for at the present stage of China's reform, China to resolve social contradictions, a comprehensive well-off society has important practical value. This article altogether is divided into three parts. The first chapter briefly explains the concept of fair Hu Jintao society related theories overview. Firstly, the "fair", "the concept of fairness and social fairness" of Hu Jintao's social explanation. Secondly, the realistic background of Ideological and theoretical sources of the fair view of Hu Jintao and the construction of the society of Marx. Engels, Chinese early Communists and Chinese traditional culture on social fairness systematically, they think of Hu Jintao Society Fair view has provided the ideological and theoretical sources. Thirdly, study the realistic background of Hu Jintao's view on social justice construction. Including the summary of the international and domestic background summary. The second chapter mainly studies the main content of Hu Jintao's social justice and its basic characteristics. On the one hand, the main content of the fair view of Hu Jintao socialist value orientation of social society. Fair; the guiding ideology of construction of social justice; social security system; to perfect the system of social justice; specific ways to promote the realization of social justice. The specific ways to promote the realization of social justice including deepening the reform of income distribution system, promote education fairness, promote the establishment of urban and rural residents of the social security system, anti-corruption, set up the fair idea, to create a good social environment. On the other hand, the characteristics of Hu Jintao's social justice has four main points, namely the system of, Dialectical, value, pertinence. The third chapter mainly explores the contemporary value of Hu Jintao's social justice. First of all, the theory of value of Hu Jintao's social justice include the following four points. Hu Jintao's view on social justice put forward many new ideas about social justice, will our party understanding of social justice theory and understanding to a new height, enriched and developed Marx's view of justice. Hu Jintao's view on social justice deepen the understanding of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. China realization of social justice is the essential requirement of the socialist system. Social justice is the characteristic of socialist harmonious society and the basic conditions, is the core content of Scientific Outlook on Development. Hu Jintao proposed the concept of fairness in the "four fair" as the main content of the society, constructs a fair thought system of the socialist harmonious society. Social justice view of Hu Jintao Provide the ideological foundation for the cultivation and practice the socialist core values. Secondly, the practice value of Hu Jintao's social justice include the following four points. Hu Jintao's view on social justice for the present stage of China to promote the deepening of reform. To provide the basis of Hu Jintao's view on social justice is conducive to building a well-off society. Hu Jintao's view on social justice is conducive to promoting China's current economy the new normal and good ecological political establishment. Hu Jintao's view on social justice to provide value to lead the world in the process of globalization. Globalization has created the opportunity for the development of each country, on the other hand, it also leads to the unfair situation of national development, the weaker, the strong stronger. In international exchanges, we should take Marx's view of justice as the theoretical guidance, and actively participate in the globalization, the struggle for the establishment of a new international political and economic order fair.
