【摘要】：高等院校不僅能為中國的社會主義建設(shè)培育大量的優(yōu)秀人才還能向政府、企業(yè)、個人提供知識產(chǎn)品。作為知識的創(chuàng)造地,高校已在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會、生態(tài)等多領(lǐng)域做出了不可磨滅的貢獻(xiàn)。探求提高高校研發(fā)效率的渠道已成為學(xué)術(shù)界的研究熱點(diǎn)。本文采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DEA)方法對2012年的中國31省市省際高校的技術(shù)效率、純技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率分別進(jìn)行了測度,并在進(jìn)行比較研究的基礎(chǔ)上制定出符合前沿規(guī)則的最優(yōu)化調(diào)整方案。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities can not only cultivate a large number of outstanding talents for China's socialist construction, but also provide knowledge products to the government, enterprises and individuals. As a place of knowledge creation, colleges and universities have been in politics, economy, culture and society. Ecology and other fields have made indelible contributions. Exploring the channels to improve the efficiency of research and development in colleges and universities has become a research hotspot in academia. This paper adopts data Envelopment Analysis (DEAA). Methods the technical efficiency of 31 provincial colleges and universities in China in 2012 was analyzed. The pure technical efficiency and the scale efficiency are measured, and based on the comparative study, the optimization adjustment scheme in accordance with the frontier rules is proposed.
