【摘要】:先秦時(shí)期是中國歷史文明的發(fā)端,自然環(huán)境與先秦人類的發(fā)展息息相關(guān),并且對先秦時(shí)期的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等形成產(chǎn)生了重大的影響。史前時(shí)代一些文明的消亡跟自然氣候有很大的關(guān)系,而先民刀耕火種的原始生產(chǎn)方式也對環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了一定的影響。夏、商、西周時(shí)期,統(tǒng)治階級的狩獵活動(dòng)、先民的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)等都會(huì)給環(huán)境帶來一定的危害。春秋戰(zhàn)國時(shí)期,頻繁的戰(zhàn)爭、人口數(shù)量的增長、鐵犁牛耕技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),使得先民改造自然的能力得到了加強(qiáng)。這些都會(huì)對環(huán)境造成破壞。當(dāng)然,人類對于環(huán)境保護(hù)的意識(shí)產(chǎn)生也由來已久。史前時(shí)代的基于萬物有靈產(chǎn)生的圖騰崇拜,這在客觀上利于環(huán)境的保護(hù)。到夏、商、西周和春秋戰(zhàn)國時(shí)期,,環(huán)境保護(hù)的措施和意識(shí)也逐漸完善。開始尊重自然規(guī)律、遵守“天人觀”、設(shè)立相關(guān)環(huán)境保護(hù)的官員、頒布律令條文、宣揚(yáng)環(huán)保對于國富的意義、推崇“圣王之道”等。這些意識(shí)和制度對獲取自然資源形成了約束,一定程度上保護(hù)了環(huán)境。先秦時(shí)期的環(huán)境保護(hù)思想和措施對秦漢社會(huì)也產(chǎn)生了影響。通過對先秦時(shí)期自然環(huán)境的變化、環(huán)境保護(hù)思想和保護(hù)措施的研究,可以從環(huán)保的角度了解先秦社會(huì),對現(xiàn)代社會(huì)也有借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Pre-Qin period is the beginning of Chinese historical civilization, the natural environment is closely related to the development of pre-Qin human beings, and the pre-Qin period of politics, economy. The formation of culture has had a great impact. In prehistoric times, the disappearance of some civilizations had a great relationship with the natural climate, and the primitive mode of production of slash-and-burn cultivation also had a certain impact on the environment. Summer, Shang. During the Western Zhou Dynasty, the hunting activities of the ruling class and the production activities of the ancestors would bring certain harm to the environment. During the Spring and Autumn period, the warring States period, frequent wars, population growth, the emergence of iron ploughing and cattle farming technology. The ability of the ancestors to transform nature has been strengthened. All of these will cause damage to the environment. Of course, the consciousness of environmental protection has been produced for a long time. The totem worship based on animism in prehistoric times. By the summer, Shang, Western Zhou, Spring and Autumn and warring States period, the measures and consciousness of environmental protection were gradually improved, and began to respect the laws of nature and observe the "view of Heaven and Man". The establishment of environmental protection officials, the promulgation of laws and regulations to promote the significance of environmental protection for national wealth, the praise of "the way of the Holy King," and so on. These ideas and institutions on the access to natural resources have formed a constraint. To a certain extent, the environment was protected. The thought and measures of environmental protection in the pre-Qin period also had an impact on the society of Qin and Han dynasties. Through the changes of the natural environment in the pre-Qin period, the thought and measures of environmental protection were studied. Can understand the pre-Qin society from the angle of environmental protection, also has the reference function to the modern society.
